  Very disappointed I showed up for a low battery check on the Thermo King T880. I am an over the road trucker, providing for my family and have bills to pay. This shop is poorly managed as they told me to drop off the truck because they won’t be able to get to it till Tuesday. Today is Friday. I’m mean seriously how are people supposed to survive and pay their bills with poor management unable to get your unit until five days later? Especially a place like this , I did not expect to have a negative surprise. Most likely the connections are not good or need to be cleaned or we need a new battery. Probably a 30 minute job max. That’s all I would take to get two good men back on the road. But no, that’s not possible.

  Always there when I need them,. I would have given 5 stars but I just paid just under $450.00 for an alternator. The prices could have been a bit lower. Contrary to popular belief we are not rich truck drivers even if some of them would have you believe they are. $450.00 is a bit much for a $100.00 alternator. (thats all it is worth to me)
