  I was quoted $150 before any work began. The final bill was $270 once the part and service call were added. A quote should reflect what the customer will actually pay. Quoting one number and billing nearly double is not acceptable.

  I just hired Serve all water conditioning, Las Vegas, Nevada. To service a new house I have just bought at Heritage Stonebridge. These guys are the real deal. They have been nothing but courteous to me very kind because they had to come two times because my realtor didn’t get the lockbox code to them in time and the second time because I’m new to Heritage Stonebridge and I still live in New York right now. I didn’t call the gate house.. They’ve treated me with the upmost respect, even though I probably was frustrating to them, and I think that they are amazing and they will be servicing my water system every year from now on. Yeah, seems like getting things done in Nevada are a lot easier than New York number one. Everybody has a place to park.. So I am eternally grateful to this company. They are truly amazing. You will not go wrong with them. I give them 10 stars if I could.:)

  We recently replaced both our soft water system tank and our RO system, and the experience was excellent. Mark was very knowledgeable, patient, and explained everything clearly. The installation went smoothly, and we are very satisfied with the service! Highly recommend!

  My sister just had the water treatment system installed at her house last week. Our old system died and we called for an estimate. When the tech came (Mark), he was very informative and helpful which allowed us to make the decision on the spot to replace our old system with the premium version of the mini Vortech system. We appreciate the prompt and friendly service. While we need more time to know how the system works, the initial interaction is very positive.

  This company is a game changer. From the first call (Nia....AWESOME) to the final installation, each person knew what they were doing, the cost was fair, the cost was up front, and the equipment beats others out there (I got rid of my major brand name with proprietary equipment and outrageous fees). The most important thing is the INSTALLATION which was perfect and on time. NICK (my technician) has so much knowledge and is polite and easy to talk to. I purchased Premium Water Softener and Reverse Osmosis (check out how great the warranty is) and Nick's attention to detail makes me confident everything will work and it looks good too if you can believe it. Do I like spending money? Nope. This was the best use of my money in a long time. Completely satisfied.
