  We recently closed on a Woodside Home in Obsidian in Summerlin. We were originally led to the builder and community by our long-time realtor, Mark Dreibelbis. Our Woodside sales pro Michael Colandone was very personable, attentive, and knowledgeable. Michael asked the right questions upfront to assess our very specific needs and led us to the right lot in the community. During the entire process, he has spent more time with us than we felt we were entitled to. This, at a time when the market was extremely hot and many new home builders took a “you need us, we don’t need you” approach. Michael’s experience and expertise in home construction set him apart from other home salespersons. He has kept in touch well after closing, ensuring that we are enjoying our new home. Other team members at Woodside we had the pleasure to have worked with and deserve mention are Frank Lessary, Mike Nicotra and Randy managing the build. Jeff Ehrensaft, Jaime Valerio, Josh Fowler and Renee have all been point in aftercare customer service. All of these professionals have been top-notch. Folks, you will have issues during the process before and after close on any new home. Appliances and devices fail, fit and finish issues will present and there will be some repair and rework. There is no perfect home. We have had our share of issues, but Woodside has met these realities head-on, being nothing less than responsive, and working to resolve issues without avoiding responsibility. Refreshing. All the home builders here in Las Vegas for the most part, pull from the same subcontractors and vendors. What differentiates these builders is how they treat customers, employees, sub-contractors, quality of land acquisition, home design, innovations and materials used. Woodside is different, has done a great job delivering a quality home and we are genuinely satisfied with our purchase. If you are in the market for a quality new home with a builder who is customer-centric and ethical, look no further.

  Great experience at WSH with my buyers. The sales agents were very knowledgeable and friendly. Inventory as tight as it is impacts buyer’s experience however the way the solutions were presented definitely helped! We went to a few WSH communities. They have 1-3 story products the photos below are from the living level of their 3 story product in Red Pointe in Summerlin. Great community!!
