  A company that really lives up to its name. James is a true professional and one of the kindest and most genuine people I've ever met. We need to replace our 21 year old HVAC systems. James came out, actually diagnosed the problems, and gave me his honest assessment of the situation. I received very fair quotes on new systems; much better than quotes I received from elsewhere. Install was completed within a few weeks. The team did a thorough job and even pointed out a problem in my home's initial wiring. Overall, one of the best experiences I could hope for and I highly recommend them for any HVAC needs.

  First and foremost, thank you. We Care Air actually cares! They came early. They fixed my AC in about an hour all while I was at work. My kids came home to a nice cold house after school. All my stress gone. Very professional and exceptional service and pricing. Also the receptionist was great and understood my situation. I will only recommend this company from now on. Thank you

  Sebastian was one of the most knowledgeable and helpful HVAC technicians we’ve worked with. He was not pushy or sales-focused at all and genuinely tried his best to save our existing AC unit before recommending replacement. We really appreciated that approach because many companies immediately try to upsell. When replacement became the better option, he thoroughly explained the AC Pro X Series inverter system and answered all of our questions in a way that was easy to understand since we have very little HVAC knowledge. We felt educated instead of pressured. Their quote was fair and transparent, and the overall experience felt honest and professional from start to finish. If you want a company that actually cares about helping customers instead of just selling equipment, We Care Air is definitely worth calling.

  James and Sebastian were super friendly, attentive and quick to fix my a/c unit, I texted them at midnight and by midday they were here, they are really knowledgeable and honest with their work and their diagnostics, they showed me what they were fixing and explained the process, they are also fairly priced and for sure I’ll call them for future a/c needs I might have and I fully recommend their service! Thank you so much guys!

After another company made us feel pressured about expensive repairs and possible replacement, the owner/technician from We Care came out and honestly diagnosed the issue. He carefully checked the system and found that the problem was just a bad capacitor. He replaced it, and our air conditioning started working properly again. What we appreciated most was his honesty, professionalism, and willingness to repair instead of immediately pushing for a costly replacement. He explained things clearly and treated us with respect. It’s hard to find trustworthy HVAC companies these days, and this experience gave us peace of mind.
