  We were referred by our community FB group & everything our neighborhood group said was true ! We were scheduled for Thursday, they called & got us in a day earlier. Sebastian our technician was superb ! Extremely knowledgable, pleasant and punctual, he explained every step of the process to me in 3rd grade speak. I will not hesitate to call We Care Air the next time we have a problem because I feel that they are honest & really do care !!

  After doing hours of research and getting bids from several HVAC companies, We Care Air was best decision I have made. They were fast, prompt, and most importantly honest. Sebastian did a phenomenal job thoroughly explaining everything that was happening with my system and what I could expect. No gimmicky up-sales, just the facts and options. Literally saved me thousands of dollars while earning my business for life. Couldn’t be happier.

  Sebastian was the technician assigned by We Care Air for our service call. We were very impressed by We Care Air, as they are one of the two vendors who are approved by Veer (high-rise in Las Vegas). During our service call, Sebastian demonstrated superb skills and professionalism. Unlike other HVAC technicians, Sebastian was very logical, strong reasoning and full of knowledge and experience within his trade. In addition to Sebastian’s skills and professionalism, most importantly, we feel very comfortable with Sebastian and how he represented We Care Air. We will definitely call Sebastian back for all of our properties.

  On one of the hottest days of the year in Las Vegas, our air conditioner decided it had worked hard enough and quit. The outside compressor fan stopped spinning, and before long the temperature inside our house hit 92 degrees. We surrendered, packed a bag, and spent the night in a hotel. The next morning, I called We Care Air and was given a 9:30–11:30 appointment window. Sebastian arrived right on time and even texted beforehand to let us know he was on the way - a small touch that was appreciated after a miserable, sweaty day. Sebastian was friendly, professional, and quickly diagnosed the problem: a failed capacitor. A short time later, the repair was complete, cold air was flowing again, and my faith in air conditioning was restored. The best part? There was no attempt to sell us a whole new system, an air purifier, a platinum maintenance plan, or whatever else some of the big HVAC companies seem to think we "absolutely need." They simply fixed what was broken, charged a fair price, and got us back to living like civilized people instead of contestants on a survival show. (After all, somebody has to pay for all those TV and radio commercials - but it wasn't going to be me.) If you're looking for an honest, knowledgeable HVAC company that actually repairs your AC instead of your wallet, I highly recommend We Care Air. Sebastian did a fantastic job, and they've definitely earned my business in the future.

  This summer, we noticed our home wasn't cooling properly. I was nervous about calling an HVAC company because I was afraid I'd be told I needed an expensive system replacement. We eventually had another company come out, and they recommended replacing both our HVAC unit and all of our ductwork. I decided to get a second opinion after seeing so many people on Reddit recommend We Care Air for their honesty. From the start, James took a different approach. The first thing he asked was whether the house had cooled properly last summer. When I told him it had, he said he didn't think a full duct replacement made sense. He went into the attic, recorded a video of the ductwork, and walked me through what he found. He explained that there were no leaks or issues that would justify replacing the entire duct system. He then checked the HVAC unit at no charge and quickly found the real issue—my blower motor had been set to the lowest speed. As soon as he adjusted it to the correct setting, I could immediately feel a huge difference in the airflow coming from the vents. I really appreciated James's honesty. He could have easily agreed with the first company's recommendation, but instead he took the time to diagnose the actual problem and saved us from spending thousands of dollars on work that wasn't needed. It's not often you come across that kind of integrity these days. I'll definitely be calling We Care Air for any future HVAC needs and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for an honest and knowledgeable HVAC company.
