  I went there it was a great service great great customer service they give me prints of everything even step by step information on how will they build so my husband can see and approve I mentioned because I went to other stores and they didn't do as much for us I know my husband was supposed to go but he had an accident so I ask Mr Erik to please take charge of my account and we did all from home and my husband have the opportunity to do it along with me so we are very grateful for this minor things that help us to start right away with out waiting for him to go anywhere or for me to drive back and forth thanks for being so thoughtful

  I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Tough Shed. From start to finish, Eric was incredibly helpful, professional, and responsive throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all of my questions, kept me informed every step of the way, and made what could have been a stressful project feel smooth and easy. I also want to recognize Ulises and his crew for the outstanding job they did building my shed. They were punctual, hardworking, efficient, and clearly took pride in their work. The team worked quickly without sacrificing quality, and the finished product exceeded my expectations. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with Tough Shed as a company.   The shed is well made with the best materials the men who put it together were awesome they worked in the heat and finished it in 1 day they were very professional they are an asset to the company there is nothing I would change the paint is awesome I would recommend Tuff Shed to anybody looking for a quality product I have to say thank you to everybody involved.

  TUFF SHED Experience! Our 1st TUFF SHED My wife Lily and I recently purchased a Tuff Shed for our new home, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. We first visited Tuff Shed about two months ago while our home was still under construction. We knew we wanted a shed for our backyard, but we had to wait until our RV slab was completed before we could finalize the size and placement. During that time, we worked with Eric, and I can’t say enough good things about him. Over the course of those two months, we probably visited the showroom eight or nine times. We changed dimensions, discussed different color combinations, looked at door options, and asked countless questions. Through it all, Eric was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and professional. He always took the time to explain everything in detail and helped us visualize exactly how our shed would look. What impressed me most was that Eric never came across as pushy. He would occasionally check in with us by phone or email, let us know about upcoming promotions, and ask how our backyard project was progressing. He understood that we couldn’t move forward until the concrete work was finished, and he never pressured us to make a decision before we were ready. Once our RV slab was completed, we returned to the showroom with the final measurements. Eric once again went above and beyond, even helping us lay out tape measures on the showroom floor so we could visualize the dimensions and make sure everything was exactly right. We finalized the colors, design, and purchase with complete confidence. Customer service like this is hard to find these days. Eric’s patience, professionalism, and knowledge made the entire process enjoyable and stress-free. If you’re considering a storage building, I highly recommend Tuff Shed, and if you have the opportunity to work with Eric, you’re in great hands.
