Trident Tile came through for us with a custom tile bathroom. We wanted an intricate pattern and they did a super job. It looks great and we have had lots of compliments plus they suggested the best glass contractor to do the shower glass. Above & beyond we are so pleased with our new bathroom. Thank you Anthony!!

I should have known better. It took five phone calls before this company even called me back. My common sense told me I should keep looking for a different company to work with, but I was just tired of making calls and dealing with these businesses who act like they could care less about your business. So, I should have seen the big red flags waving in my face telling me to run the other direction, but I ignored them. I don't think there was a single time I was not dealt with disdain and arrogance, although half of my calls went unanswered. This company was the worst. They were friendly at first until he got my deposit and then he acted like I was invisible. I just needed some simple tile work done for my kitchen remodel and it took 3 months before they even started work. I was given a two week time frame for completion, yet it took a toll of four and a half months to complete. I am very disappointed and they didn't even do a very good job. If you want a great bargain this is the place to go; just remember, you get what you pay for. GIGANTIC MISTAKE. I Lesson learned and I will never give this company my business again.

This has been the worst experience ever. We needed flooring for our bathroom after a minor flood and this company destroyed our bathroom. When you call someone to make improvements to your home, you don't think you're going to have to do repair work after they leave. They left a big gouge in our cabinetry, leaving us no choice but to have our cabinets repaired and stained. We were inconvenienced with having our bathroom be unusable for several extra days, not to mention the added expense. Our calls to the owner went unanswered, leaving us very frustrated. I get this is Last Vegas, and people are flaky, but this is a whole other level of unprofessional. Beware calling this company, unless you want to do more work then you planned.

Anthony's team laid 36" wood-look tile throughout our home. Looks great and you can tell his crew really paid attention to detail. Glad we chose Trident Tile & Stone.
