  My AC started blowing warm air, and Vince came out to take a look. He gave me the option to replace it or repair it for $600, but after recently leaving my job, neither was in my budget. I told him not to do anything, but he was kind enough to work with me and offered to fix it for $300. I really appreciate him helping me out, especially with this Vegas heat! My older AC is back up and running, and I couldn’t be more grateful. Highly recommend Vince!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve been using Super Service HVAC & Plumbing for over two years now and have had a great experience with them. They’ve replaced both of my AC systems and also take care of my plumbing needs. Their technicians have always been professional, courteous, on time, and respectful of my home. I really appreciate that they stand behind their work and genuinely try to make things right and keep their customers happy. They’re also reasonable when it comes to pricing and giving you different options instead of making you feel pressured. Scheduling has always been flexible, and it’s great knowing they have people available after hours when something comes up. After working with them for a couple of years, I trust them with my home and would definitely recommend them for HVAC, AC, or plumbing work. Recently had Carlos and Kyle do my air duct cleaning. Great job!

  Absolutely Outstanding Service! We recently hired the Super Service Team to install a ductless mini-split air conditioner in our garage, and the entire experience was flawless. Angel and Carlos arrived exactly on time, and completed the installation with incredible attention to detail. Glen performed all the Electrical required for the new Unit and his work was flawless. The indoor mounting, and the exterior line sets are exceptionally clean and professional. They left the garage spotless and took the time to show us how to use the remote and features. The garage went from a hot zone to the most comfortable room in the house in no time. I highly recommend them for any HVAC needs! I highly recommend Super Service to anyone looking for a great Company.

  Vince is excellent! He’s expertise and knowledge of his job is very valuable to us. With his tune up investigation, Vince discovered a potential problem that could have cost us a lot of money to fix. Vince’s thorough explanation and excellent communication skills, was clear, very helpful and informative. If we could rate him with stars, we would rate him a hundred stars. We are very thankful that Vince was the technician God sent to us. We are seniors and new home owners and to have someone like Vince service us is definitely God sent. Yes, absolutely SUPER SERVICE!!

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I called Super Service Cooling, Heating & Plumbing after getting a referral from my neighbors, and I’m so glad I did! I had already received two quotes to replace the ductwork in my home when Ranier came out. From the beginning, the level of customer service was above and beyond — he even offered to grab me a coffee on his way to my house! He gave me an incredibly thorough and honest assessment, took tons of photos, and showed me exactly what was going on in my attic. He also told me that my insulation level was great, which I really appreciated because both of the other companies had tried to sell me additional insulation. On top of that, Super Service’s quote was about $2,000 LESS than my lowest estimate. Between the price, Ranier’s honesty, and the great customer service I’d already received just scheduling the appointment, I was sold. The installation team was fantastic as well. The job ended up taking two days, and on the second day, with my permission, they stayed until 10 PM to make sure everything was completely finished rather than leaving it for another day. They did have to cut a hole in one of my walls during the installation, and Super Service arranged for another company to come repair it. I fully expected them to patch the wall and leave me to figure out the painting afterward. Nope! They repaired it, matched both the paint color AND texture perfectly, and even left me the extra paint. You genuinely cannot tell there was ever a hole there. Super Service also included an AC and plumbing maintenance membership at no charge. They cleaned and tested my AC system and showed me photos and video of everything they checked. They even told me they’ll come back before we turn our heater on for the season and service that too. Huge shoutout to Lorenzo for the excellent service! Today, Luis came out for the plumbing tune-up and was just as great. He drained and inspected my 7-year-old water heater and told me it still looks great. Another company had previously told me they couldn’t service it and that I needed to replace it, so once again I really appreciated Super Service’s honesty and the fact that I never felt pressured into replacing something that didn’t need replacing. Luis also showed me some optional upgrades, including an automatic water shutoff system that I didn’t even know existed. Every person I’ve dealt with at Super Service has been professional, thorough, friendly, and honest. They’ve consistently taken the time to explain things, show me photos and videos, and give me options without making me feel pressured to buy something I don’t need. After dealing with several other HVAC and plumbing companies, that kind of honesty is incredibly refreshing. I’m extremely happy with the work and service I’ve received and would absolutely recommend Super Service Cooling, Heating & Plumbing to anyone looking for an HVAC or plumbing company. They’ve earned a long-term customer from me!
