  I have had the pleasure of working with Isaac, Carlos and Jheanni this past weekend. I needed the pressure valve replaced and I also wanted an install for a filtration system, water softener and alkaline reverse osmosis system in our house. I called Friday last week, told them what I needed them to do and Isaac was so quick to respond and give me the answers I was looking for. Mind you, I ask a lot of questions and Isaac was very patient in answering them all. I also wanted to get the best bang for my buck and Isaac did the best he could to work with me and find the solution to the situation at hand. He was very personable, patient and kind in dealing with clients. As for Carlos and Jheanni... I couldn't be happier in having them come into my home and work on the project together. They both work very fast and they explained the things that I needed to know very well. They were very patient and personable, as well. I would definitely come back to Super Service, should the need arise, hopefully not though, unless for maintainance purposes only. 🙂😆 I would be giving this company 10 stars if I could, but since I can't, 5 stars would suffice. Thank you for taking care of me Isaac, Carlos and Jheanni! 🙂🙏😍❤️

  Excellent Plumbing Service from Super Service! We had a great experience with Isaac, the supervisor, along with Carlos and Jhe’Anni. They provided fast, efficient, and professional service and got the job completed quickly. They clearly know what they’re doing, worked efficiently, and made sure the work was finished properly. We really appreciate their professionalism and excellent workmanship. Very happy with the job and the service we received!   I had a problem with a bathroom drain blockage. I got three quotes for the repair job and finally landed upon Super Service Plumbing. They provided me with reasonable quote for the repair. They communicated the repair needs clearly with photos and the technician, Alfredo, was knowledgeable and clearly experienced. The job was a bit more complicated than initially expected but Alfredo graciously persisted and resolved the blockage. Other Plumbing companies would have just given up (and still billed for trying). Alfredo was in communication with me throughout. He's a good honest chap that really went out of his way to help. SUPER SERVIVE lived up to its name. they should be called SUPER HONEST SERVICE. I will definitely turn to them first for future Plumbing repair needs. Thanks again Alfredo!

  I can't say enough good things about Jeremy Milan. In this brutal Las Vegas heat, having your AC act up is a nightmare, and Jeremy turned what could've been a stressful situation into an easy, even enjoyable, experience. From the moment he walked in, he had this warm, genuine personality, and honestly felt like I was talking to my best friend, not a technician. Don't let that fool you: he was exceptionally professional and knew exactly what he was doing. Jeremy took the time to explain everything in full detail what was actually wrong with my unit, and laid out my options clearly. He was upfront that replacing the entire unit would be the ideal long-term fix (hefty price tag and all, lol), but he never pushed or pressured me. Instead, he gave me a smart interim solution: installing a hard start kit on my current compressor to get me through, while making sure I fully understood that a full replacement is still the best option down the road. That kind of honesty and transparency is hard to find. He didn't oversell, didn't undersell he just gave me the real picture so I could make an informed decision. I told him on the spot: he's officially my go-to technician from now on. If you're looking for someone who's knowledgeable, trustworthy, and genuinely a pleasure to deal with, ask for Jeremy Milan. Five stars all the way! Outstanding Service through and through!

  Hola a todos. El chico que aparece en la foto vino a ayudarnos con el mantenimiento de nuestro aire acondicionado. Tanto él como su compañero fueron muy amables y profesionales. Se tomaron el tiempo para explicarnos cuál era la falla que habían encontrado y nos ayudaron a solucionarla. Incluso después de terminar la reparación, decidieron quedarse un rato para asegurarse de que el aire acondicionado estuviera funcionando correctamente. Surgió un pequeño inconveniente adicional, pero ellos también se encargaron de resolverlo sin ningún problema. La foto está ahí porque, tristemente, olvidé los nombres de ambos, pero sé que él fue uno de los técnicos que nos ayudó. ¡Muchísimas gracias a los dos por su excelente trabajo y por la atención que nos brindaron! Realmente apreciamos su ayuda Hi everyone, The gentleman in the picture came to help us with the maintenance of our air conditioning system. He and his coworker were both incredibly kind and professional. They took the time to explain the issue they found with our AC and helped us get it fixed. Even after the repair was completed, they stayed for a while to make sure everything was working properly. We ended up having one more small issue, and they took care of that as well without hesitation. The picture is here because, unfortunately, I forgot both of their names, but I know he was one of the technicians who helped us. Thank you both so much for your excellent service. We truly appreciate your help!
