  So, one AC tech says my unit needs major surgery. The company that installed it? They say it's barely a scratch. Meanwhile, I know nothing about AC—but I do know that some people will try to sell you a whole new car when you need air in the tires. Am I wrong? Probably not. But with two experts disagreeing, I'm just gonna sit here, press the 'down' button on my thermostat, and pray for cold air like everyone else.

  I had my two A/Cs serviced on June 25th by Lorenzo from Super Service. Lorenzo did an outstanding job of informing me as to the work he would be performing on my A/Cs and at the end he showed me the before and after pictures of the work he performed on my A/C equipment. The A/Cs definitely work better now that the dirt has been removed, and the filters and housing of each A/C has been cleaned. He also replaced the filters in my house. I was so pleased with the work I will next contact Super Service to clean out the vents in my home. Thanks!

  We’ve had AC issues every year for the last 6 years. Home warranty companies send ‘quick fix’ techs to solve an issue while not realizing they’re actually causing long term issues, aka “guaranteed work”. Lorenzo, from Super Service Plumbing & Heating, arrives and in all honesty, the smartest and nicest AC expert I’ve ever met in Las Vegas and I’ve been here for 29 years. He first listened to what I explained about how the system works but doesn’t seem right. Before he even inspected the system, he drew me a detailed map of how this single compressor, dual thermostat system is supposed to work. He proceeds to inspect the system and sure enough, discovers the short cuts that previous home warranty techs took like removing certain dampers, to bypass a previous issue, that this type of system requires to operate properly…which explained why I felt like it wasn’t quite working right. I mean Lorenzo is just so smart, respectful, informative and nice..top tier expert in my opinion!

  I had a great experience with this company. The technician,James showed up on time, was professional and courteous, and even wear booties to keep my home clean. During the maintenance visit, he thoroughly cleaned the outside unit, checked the thermostat, and inspected the motor in the attic. He noticed the system was working harder than it should, and proactively order the necessary parts. Within a couple days, he returned to make the repair. He called ahead to let me know he was running early, which I really appreciated. It was also the same technician who had performed the maintenance, so he was already familiar with the project. The entire process was smooth, efficient and professional from start to finish. I highly recommend this company for their excellent customer service, attention to detail and commitment to doing the job right. You should get 10 stars!!! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  Luis the tech came out to do the seasonal air conditioning maintenance I like the fact that they call you and they text you and let you know where they are and when they'll be there Luis is very thorough and pays attention to details which I like because I'm a detailed person, and he is very open to answer any questions that you might have I also had him out previously a few months ago trying to track down a potential problem with a new installation that we had done about 6 months ago. We found out there was no problem and he checked everything over again to make sure the system was going to operate properly I've had other techs out from the same company and they also are very thorough and detail-oriented which is important when you're talking about air conditioning and heating systems which run into the thousands and thousands and thousands of dollars I would recommend this company if you are looking for someone to check over your system or possibly do repairs or replacement
