- NONathan OwensJun 19, 20265.0Sierra Air, who worked on setting up our new home a few years ago, is now split into Sierra Air and Silverado Mechanical. That explains the 4 different phone numbers I have - 1 or 2 of them actually get me to Silverado Mechanical. That said, we've had problems with our furnace that effected our AC two hot seasons in a row now (very unfortunate). Johnny, the mechanic who came out a couple times (first to inspect and get our air back up, then to install a float safety switch replacement). The install turned out to be a very challenging job, as the space wasn't allocated properly in the first place...so correcting the initial job for the new house. Just want to say thank you again to Johnny. He was always polite and helpful. Couldn't have asked for a better mechanic.

Rina was such a pleasure on the phone and went above and beyond to get a technician out to me in such a short time. The technician Aaron was amazing. He took time to answer all of my questions and explain everything he was doing. You could tell that he was focused on diagnosing the problem instead of trying to sell me something (unlike Sierra Air and Plumbing LLC). It’s hard to find companies you can trust and they have definitely earned mine.
