- SMSteven Miller2 days ago2.0Roberto was great. Very knowledgeable and explained everything. He wouldn’t have had to be here at all if the installers did their job correctly or if the person who inspected the installation caught their mistake. Also, way too expensive. Also had their plumber Jacob come out. He was also knowledgeable and friendly. He told me he would have to come back tomorrow to do the service that I took off of work today for him to do. Then told me the price. I will be going elsewhere. 2 stars is probably too generous.

Repairs were not successful. I’m waiting to hear from Kevin to let me know the disposition of the part and what time they’ll be here in the morning.

He also advised me of getting Sewer line warranty for my lead pipes, as im in a older home and if the lead pipes go it would be VERY EXPENSIVE. SI live in an older house and FORSURE WILL SIGN UP TO SEWER LINE HOME WARRENTY IT COVERS PIPES FROM THE STREETS TO YOUR HOUSE. I recommend you all ask for walter silver state Everett las vegas
