  Amazing experience with the whole Silver State Refrigeration, HVAC & Plumbing team! Our AC went out two days before my wife delivered a baby on a Sunday. Their team got out right away Friday evening and able to put a small fix on the current AC unit. They placed an order for a brand new AC unit was installed on Monday. Really appreciate their quick response and support to make sure my family was taken care of in the middle of summer. Thanks to the whole Silver State Refrigeration & HVAC team! 10/10!

  Jacob was awesome, not only did he install my new kitchen faucet but he went above and beyond. He drained the water heater and explained how I should keep up with the maintenance. He answered all of my questions. Thank You!

  I was a commercial customer of Silver State for the past 10 years. I was considered reliable and did not have to pay at time of service. I believe they referred to my company as billable. In 2014 I have 4 service calls to the tune of approx $6000.00. Due to good fortune, I did not require service during the year 2025. I called for service last week and was informed that because I did not have service since 2024, I was considered a new customer. Problem is they would not accept new customers during the busy season. What a RUDE way to treat a customer since 2016. Star Academy Preschool

  This company came out a couple weeks ago to do a routine maintenance check, did the check, slapped a sticker on our air conditioner and called it settled. Two weeks later our entire unit went completely out (yesterday). We had to call another company Loyalty Plumbing and Air, to fix what this company didn’t do! My mother who just suffered a stroke and is in recovery, as well as my sick father and my child under 10 were in this house sitting in 111 degree weather, that Silver state said was good to go. Couple extra minutes and someone who actually does a thorough job could have easily prevented this!

  The repairman, Roberto CAMARENA, was professional and courtesy. I called at approx 10am on Sunday when my air conditioning stopped working. I received a text message within 30 minutes stating a repair person would be at my house between 1pm and 4pm that day. At 12:55pm I received a text from repairman CAMARENA that he was on his way. Shortly thereafter he arrived and checked the system, found the problem, fixed it and was on his way be 2pm! The house is starting to cool off for me and my 3 dogs! While the repair was costly, I know it could have been worse. Thank the almighty we didn’t have to suffer too long in the hellish hot weather!
