  I used Redline Plumbing in 2024 and now again in 2026. This time lapse should show anyone: when things are done right and you only need to call them for a repair that is a result of the age of your home, that is the right kind of Plumbing Company you should use. As much as I want to Gate Keep: I want this person to receive the Credit they deserve, , , Javi you are the best thank you.

  This is the first time I used Redline Plumbing and everyone I dealt with was great. The front office person was friendly and helpful. She gave me a 2 hour window for when to expect the plumber, Ray and he was right on time. There were 2 jobs I needed; fixing my running toilet (which he did) and cleaning the lines to our tankless water heater. The heater is about 18 years old and he was not able to flush the lines and even though he spent at least 30 minutes on it, he did not charge for this. We discussed 2 options; one for a rebuild and the other a complete replacement. He spent time with the manufacturer to get cost estimates before presenting and thoroughly explaining the options. Since I am still getting hot water I will wait until the weather cools down before having Redline Plumbing return to do a rebuild or replacement.

  Great service and appreciated the inspection we got on the unit we were looking to purchase. They were very detailed in their reporting and answered any questions that I may have. Can’t recommend them enough
