  Very fair and straightforward when shopping with them. I bought a water softener and RO system from them and everything was extremely professional. They had both systems installed in like 45 minutes. They’re also a hell of a lot more competitive with their prices. I had to sit through an hour long time share presentation with Kinetico but when I walked into Rain Water they actually answered my questions and showed me what I was looking for. It was also around $7k cheaper than Kinetico. Would definitely recommend. I don’t have any negative things to say about my experience buying from Rain Water

  This company is Top Notch! they installed both salt soft water system and RO at my previous home (10 years ago) and my new home (last month). They communicate effectively as to when tech is going to arrive, they are competitive on pricing, they are fast and know what they are doing when it comes to installation. These guys are the real deal.

  We are very pleased with our water softener system. We originally had a different company at our previous home and decided to switch to Rain of LV. They were so professional and nice, they also installed our reverse osmosis system for us. David was exceptional and went above and beyond to make sure our water softener system and RO worked perfectly. We highly recommend Rain of LV!

  My RO System is 8 years old and started giving me problems. Shawn was my service guy. On both visits, he was awesome in explaining how my system worked, what it needed, and answered my questions as he worked. I give him 5 stars for his service, patience, and hope he stays with Rain of Las Vegas.

  I bought a house that did not have a soft water loop. I had contacted some other companies and I had bids as high as $6000 to put a system in that would have been basically a jury rig and probably would not have even been legal. I had given up on being able to put in a system. Then I saw an ad on Instagram for Rain of Las Vegas and it looked interesting. I contacted them and made an appointment to have someone come out. Shawn came out and looked over the house and told me that he could put in the system and pipe the regen water into the laundry room from the garage so the water would go into the washing machine drain. I had to get a new pressure regulator and when that arrived, I called and Shawn came back out and did a great job. I was surprised how quickly the job was done. Very professional and at a cost much lower than what I had been quoted before for a less than satisfactory solution. I highly recommend Rain of Las Vegas and Shawn. Craig I.
