  Amazing office customer service. And then Dustin showed up. Even more amazing! He took the time to explain everything and was kind and courteous. We even had a funny conversation about kids and dogs. AND My constantly barking golden doodle did not bother him at all! We will definitely use Pacific again, Dustin specifically. Highly recommend

  Edwin from Pacific Electric did a great job changing out our smoker alarms. we had some really old ones and they were all mismatched. Pacific. Electric took care of the situation in a timely manner, especially since our smoke alarms were going off randomly for no apparent reason. we would highly recommend Pacific Electric for your smoke alarm needs

  Today Dillon came out to fix a fuse panel issue. He had to do some switching of fuses, and order a part, but he got my ac up and running and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you Dillon and Pacific Electric for your fast response 6/26. Today Edwin Ortega came out with the replacement part and I now have my stove back. I will recommend Pacific Electric to all my family and friends.
