  Elgin arrived with John, giving us a half hour heads-up that they were on their way, which we greatly appreciated. We needed servicing/maintenance on our garage door, which had a broken spring barely hanging on, and was making quite a racket when opening and closing. Both Elgin and John were very professional, friendly, and courteous. Elgin explained the work clearly, gave us our options, and worked up the plan for us. With both of them working efficiently, they completed the work in about half an hour. The garage door glides so smoothly now.

  Outstanding service and response time. Elgin Harrison was the technician that service my door. He was polite, professional and highly competent. He had my door fixed in no time.
