He diagnosed the issue quickly, answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed, and was honest about the repair options. I really appreciated how respectful he was of my home and how clearly he communicated throughout the visit. It’s never fun dealing with an A/C problem, especially in Las Vegas, but Adrian made the whole experience much less stressful. - CBChristian Bell2 days ago5.0Our tech Jimmy Watanaratkul is a life saver! AC was down for three days a different warranty company came out couldn’t figure out the problem. Didn’t spend enough time diagnosing and just left. So we called one hour they came out very quickly. Jimmy spent over an hour diagnosing this very odd electrical issue. Fixed it and got my AC working. I’ve worked in the plumbing and heating industry for over 10 years residentially and I’ll tell you right now. This is the kind of guy you want in your home. He was honest and determined. After everything he did the price was unbelievable and certainly unbeatable. Thank you again Jimmy!

As landlords helping out elderly parents with a rental property, we were worried about getting anyone out over the Fourth of July — but Gregory showed up promptly, got straight to work, and had everything sorted out quickly. His professionalism and willingness to jump in on a holiday made a stressful situation so much easier. Can’t thank him enough for taking care of our tenant and giving us peace of mind. We had called a couple of companies to come out and look at our AC unit and each one have a different perspective on one of the AC was not working. Andrew came out and within 10 minutes, realized exactly what the problem was and what you could try to do to fix it. Let’s just say the other HVAC companies who had licensed technicians come out or way off. Thanks Andrew for your professionalism. And your integrity
