  Had a great experience. One hour air conditioning. definitely a must consider for air conditioning. Our AC went out on Sunday. Call them in the morning. They came in the afternoon. Andrew came out, listened, checked everything, and gave us a quote. He was very helpful and understanding and explained everything. Gave us a quote and left. No pressure to decide right away and shop around. Unlike some other companies here in vegas that tell you to decide right away and make you pay outrageous prices We said yes on monday, and they got the job done that same day. Everything worked out. No problems. They inspected everything. I would definitely recommend Andrew to anyone who needs AC work he was professional, helpful, and easy to work with and understanding of our situation. And the install team did fantastic work. Lines were good no mess. They upgraded our system so whatever that had to replace they fixed and made nice. Definite first call company for ac in vegas

  Robert Arce came to service my AC. It was a same day appointment. He was thorough, super knowledgeable and honest! I have had a few different companies since I’ve owned this house and this is by far the best experience I have had! Very grateful for Robert and his professionalism and expertise!

  I called One Hour and they arrived quickly, inspected, and sent a representative to offer an install of a new 3 ton A/C. The price quoted was $17000, and when I asked for an itemization they broke it down by percentage, which included some kind of warranty. I understand sales but adding items without request and giving percentages instead of prices made me suspicious. I tried another HVAC company and they got it done for around $8000.

  READ EVERYTHING CAREFULLY. I have to explain what happened and why anyone in Las Vegas needs to go straight to them and them only. My AC went out from 8/18-8/21. This was during the severe heat warning in Las vegas. I was getting maintenance checkups twice a year for the last 3 years with Sierra air. They just came two days prior and did not indicate anything was broken or needed to be immediately fixed at all, as usual they were trying to sell me a brand new AC unit. Then the AC goes out and we contact our warranty company Choice. They send a technician out from Chill Dudes AC who looks at it for 5 minutes it says that it froze up and caused a leak and therefore it's going to be $3,500 to fix and 2,000 should be covered but 1500 may not because it wasn't maintenance properly. I then argued the fact that it has been and they said they would do their best but the color is that are changed every year in a standard checkup wasn't done. This is something I never ever heard of.. Fast forward 2 days and I'm calling them Non-Stop to see what's going on and my warranty company denies the claim saying it's my fault because the compressor burnt out due to a power surge. The guy who came NEVER talked to me about a compressor. I was totally devastated and then my dad told me about 1 hour Air. I called them and they said they could see me within this 2-hour window and an hour and a half later I'm meeting James who became the angel to our family this year! He checked everything thoroughly. He spent 15 to 20 minutes outside in the back and then at least another 10 to 15 up top in my attic and found the problem. Apparently it was a part that you can even see was damaged by the naked eye and it cost about $400 to $500 to fix. He fixed it, gave me some great education, and I signed up for their yearly membership right then and there. James is awesome and he's been with the company 13 years and I hope that if I ever need them again he comes out to assist us once again cuz I totally trust him and I totally trust one hour air! The other two AC companies and warranty company can go bye-bye. Than you James!

  I do not believe One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating has the customer’s best interest in mind despite all their great reviews. They respond and arrive quickly; however, there appears to be a lack of transparency with pricing and identifying the exact issue(s) with your HVAC unit(s) upon inspection. Upon them discovering a leak in my condenser coil, they quoted me $4,260 parts and labor to have it replaced. I was under the impression when they arrived the following day they would move forward with the job upon my agreement. However, when the Technician arrived he was leading me to believe the condenser coil was unavailable and/or difficult/slow to procure. He then went on to try and sell me an entire new HVAC system (obviously wayyy more expensive 8K-20K) which they’d be able to conveniently install the next day (they earn commissions for upselling). After the Technician left, I was able to EASILY find and purchase the condenser coil online (supply house.com) myself for $1,032. Also, I found an honest certified Commercial HVAC Tech to install it for much less and add 410A refrigerant for $400 (friends and family price). He also installed a new liquid line filter drier, new brass a/c caps, etc. My AC is now working perfectly! My total out of pocket was $1,702 ($270 for One Hour Air Conditioning diagnostic ($90) and adding 410A refrigerant ($180) prior to leak discovery). The Tech for One Hour originally quoted me $622 just to add refrigerant. I called them the next day to confirm and customer service quoted me $180 to add refrigerant (top off). I guess he “mistakenly” quoted me too much. Do yourself a favor and don’t let these companies charge you for something you don’t need. They know people have limited/no options melting/freezing inside their homes and are more likely to make a poor financial decision. Do your research and call around (friends/family) before you decide. Stay with friends/family or at a hotel if possible before you decide. You will likely be saving yourself A LOT of money. Google AI helped me a ton as well. I hope this review helps people make better informed decisions in a critical time of need.
