  Adrian saw we appeared to be missing our last shipment of filters and was prepared to look into it on Sat or Mon. Sonehow, I found the missing box and called to let him know. He went over an "Easy Start" for the fan motor to kick in before the compressor, use significantly less amps and not 'tax' the capacitor.

He explained what was happening and possible remedy options. I was able to make an informed choice with which I am very happy. Mr. Udarbe and the staff of one hour, were responsive and empathetic.   I have been a part of One hour’s veterans program for a few years now. This gives you two visits a year. I have never had any indications of a problem until this last visit. Which the technician told us that there whole unit needed to be replaced because of some space issue. He then got us a quote of over $25,000 and it was only good for the same day he was here. So we said thank you and good bye. This whole process felt like a bad sales job. No service person before ever said anything bad about either one of our units. After this experience, we will not be part of their veterans program.

  One hour air conditioning is an excellent company. I joined their membership scheme earlier this year and don’t regret it at all. Everyone from the people I have spoken to on the phone and the technician Jonah has been excellent. The service we have received has gone way beyond my expectations. This is a company that can be trusted, Jonah the technician is very professional and really knows his stuff he has turned are noisy under performing unit into an ultra quiet and very efficient machine. The like their membership scheme you pay twenty dollars a month and you get your air con and heater serviced included. Any work carried out you also get a good discount. I have no hesitation in recommending one hour. We are going to be a customer for a very long time
