  Our tech Jimmy Watanaratkul is a life saver! AC was down for three days a different warranty company came out couldn’t figure out the problem. Didn’t spend enough time diagnosing and just left. So we called one hour they came out very quickly. Jimmy spent over an hour diagnosing this very odd electrical issue. Fixed it and got my AC working. I’ve worked in the plumbing and heating industry for over 10 years residentially and I’ll tell you right now. This is the kind of guy you want in your home. He was honest and determined. After everything he did the price was unbelievable and certainly unbeatable. Thank you again Jimmy!

  Alex came out because we had a problem with one of our AC.He said that we needed a new part. He replaced it but on the wrong AC. It costed us $375. Problem NOT solved and we were out of $375. My husband called again and they came back out the following day. This time Jonah arrived and he explained to us what Alex had done. By that time there was ice condensation on the AC. We had to wait several hours for it to melt. My husband changed the filters and rebooted the AC unit and it worked.

  Christopher did an incredible job today. We had this unit go out last night and Christopher was here and knocked it out quickly and was very informative about what he was doing for me, and let me know what was necessary vs preventative. Very professional. In the end, I opted to go ahead and do the preventative maintenance done and he took care of it swiftly. He may have saved my dogs lives today! We appreciate him greatly.

  My experience with Daryl in Las Vegas was exceptional. My AC compressor suddenly started making a ton of noise, but otherwise the system was working correctly. Another company came out and told me that I absolutely needed to replace my entire system for a crazy amount of money. It felt like a hard sell, so I wanted to get a second opinion. Daryl from One Hour came out and thoughtfully inspected the system and realized that it was just the compressor that needed to be replaced. It never felt like a hard sell, just like Daryl wanted to do what’s right for us. He was able to replace the compressor quickly and the system has been working flawlessly. Cannot recommend these guys enough.

  5 Stars all the way. I got home from being gone all day and my house was 94 degrees inside! My tech James H. arrived very quickly, right around an hour or so. He explained things in great detail for me and ran through extra options for me after hearing me out on issues I've had with the varying temperatures on different sides of the house and even different rooms. Because of this I learned there are options available designed to "treat" these issues and I've got him coming back in a couple days to get the work started. It's refreshing to have a a tech take the time to listen and offer a series of options. I've actually been in sales for the last 15 years and I was impressed with him. Honestly I didn't get the impression he was trying to sell anything, just honest explanations, options, making sure I understood the why and how. Great job. I don't often leave reviews but this was deserving for sure.
