  Problems with my 11 year mobile home central air and furnace. Emailed two companies on NV Energy recommended list. Did not get a response from either company, and still never have. I had used One Hour one time before to change a capacitor, and was quite pleased with their performance. I emailed One Hour and as usual they responded very quickly and had a technician to my home that day. Unfortunately the news was not good, I was suffering from eminent total system failure. After we agreed on a price their technicians took over and within 4 hours I had a brand new furnace and central air. Could I have received a cheaper price, from another company (possibly). But I am very satisfied with the timely performance and customer service from the technicians, ( and they sent several ). You have to asked yourself are you satisfied, not only are you happy with the price. You may never be happy with the price, but look at the totality of the performance of the company and technicians, and the equipment that they installed. The one thing I forgot to ask the technician before he left was " How do I remove the front panel to change the filter."

  Luis Perez was sent to us for an issue with our A/C not blowing air into the house. Arrived within time window and quickly diagnosed failed blower. He also pursued & discovered we were still under warranty and found the part locally for replace/repair within a few hours. On yet another 100+ degree day to boot!! Luis is a fine young man and credit to the company. Thanks to him for being a good human possessing compassion & empathy.

  This is a difficult review to give. All of the technicians who came were excellent. They did everything they could within the limitations set by their employer. However, the problem still exists—it is still 85 degrees in the kitchen.On the last visit, three technicians spent five or six hours in the attic addressing the airflow problem. I know they worked hard, but they really didn’t accomplish anything that fixed the issue. Their final recommendation was a complete redesign and new installation of the ducting.Redesigning and installing new ducting would be an expensive endeavor and is hard for me to accept. I have lived in this house for 26 years and never had this problem before One Hour installed the new air conditioner and furnace.I believe they are finished trying to resolve the problem. I will sweat it out for a few more weeks while I decide what to do next.

  Wow just when I thought there were people of the past. I was surprised to have had the opportunity to meet Roberto Arce: he was the usual I expected out of 1hr. AC and Heating e.g. courteous, professional and knew what he was doing. What sets him up apart from the rest of the pack was his willingness to not only not rush (haste makes waste), but to do his job right and what glaringly showed through was he enjoyed doing this! His workmanship was his signature. He even cleaned up after himself and more. I am a customer that rather have the technician do it right the first time and have pride in their own work and Roberto did this. I will be asking for Roberto in the future! Thank you!

  I do not believe One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating has the customer’s best interest in mind despite all their great reviews. They respond and arrive quickly; however, there appears to be a lack of transparency with pricing and identifying the exact issue(s) with your HVAC unit(s) upon inspection. Upon them discovering a leak in my condenser coil, they quoted me $4,260 parts and labor to have it replaced. I was under the impression when they arrived the following day they would move forward with the job upon my agreement. However, when the Technician arrived he was leading me to believe the condenser coil was unavailable and/or difficult/slow to procure. He then went on to try and sell me an entire new HVAC system (obviously wayyy more expensive 8K-20K) which they’d be able to conveniently install the next day (they earn commissions for upselling). After the Technician left, I was able to EASILY find and purchase the condenser coil online (supplyhouse.com) myself for $1,032. Also, I found an honest certified Commercial HVAC Tech to install it for much less and add 410A refrigerant for $400 (friends and family price). He also installed a new liquid line filter drier, new brass a/c caps, etc. My AC is now working perfectly! My total out of pocket was $1,702 ($270 for One Hour Air Conditioning diagnostic ($90) and adding 410A refrigerant ($180) prior to leak discovery). The Tech for One Hour originally quoted me $622 just to add refrigerant. I called them the next day to confirm and customer service quoted me $180 to add refrigerant (top off). I guess he “mistakenly” quoted me too much. Do yourself a favor and don’t let these companies charge you for something you don’t need. They know people have limited/no options melting/freezing inside their homes and are more likely to make a poor financial decision. Do your research and call around (friends/family) before you decide. Stay with friends/family or at a hotel if possible before you decide. You will likely be saving yourself A LOT of money. Google AI helped me a ton as well. I hope this review helps people make better informed decisions in a critical time of need.
