  ⭐ 1 Star My experience with M5 Lighting while they worked on our community park was completely unprofessional. I observed that the landscape-lighting wire had been spliced together using wire caps and black electrical tape, then buried directly beneath dirt and rocks without any visible protective enclosure. This raised serious concerns for me about the safety, durability, and long-term reliability of the lighting in a community area used by residents and children. One employee also made a middle-finger gesture toward my drone, which I regularly fly around my own rooftop to discourage pigeons from nesting. The employee later admitted to his supervisor that he made the gesture. My security camera also captured audio in which I heard the employee direct a racial slur toward me. I found this behavior extremely disrespectful, offensive, and unacceptable. On top of that, the crew went from residence to residence asking homeowners to use their water to mix concrete for the community park project. In my opinion, arriving without the basic resources required to complete the job demonstrated a serious lack of preparation and professionalism. Between the concerning wire installation, the employee’s admitted gesture, the racial slur captured by my camera, and the crew’s lack of preparation, I would not recommend M5 Lighting.

  They was on our community week ago to fix lights problem and breaker which one was buzzing. What they did is they just cut the power line to stop breaker buzzing but they didn't fix the problem with the lights. They are back to property I just try to talk to them and explain what is going on since last week they was here but one of them didn't get his name has a very bad attitude unpleasant and unfriendly.... I have all conversion recorded on my car... Don't waist your time and money on people like this one!!! This happened on Spring Oaks Village community!
