  I love this company! They are family owned, and they truly go out of their way for customers. You might save a little money on install, but you will be grateful in the dead of summer and they actually come out promptly for service. Worth every penny, with excellent warranties to boot.

  There’s nothing but positive things to say about the quality, professionalism, and integrity of Lin Air. Replacing an AC is never fun — and half the dread isn’t even about the cost, it’s the fear of getting taken advantage of by predatory HVAC companies. Lin Air has proven, time and again, that they’re one of the good ones — delivering reliable, quality service at fair prices. Honestly, what more could you ask for?

  As a real estate broker, I deal with lots of vendors and contractors and Lin Air makes my job easy. Hyper courteous and competent, my clients are always pleased. Whether residential, commercial, repair or replacement they are on time quality contractors (unlike quite a few I could mention and “Yes!” you heard me. Speaking of which, Lin Air doesn’t use creepy sales people.

  It is unfortunate that after working with Lin-Air for several years with different properties we've had to part ways as their technician Roy went off (yelling and making rude comments) on a property assistant recently - because she mentioned having to wait for him as he was 45 minutes past the arrival window (they called by did not leave a VM) and she was staying overtime to meet with him. When I spoke with the owner, Brent, about the incident he claimed that this behavior was justifiable because Roy 'had a long day' and that our assistant had been upset and mentioned the delay. When I went over what happened with him, Brent then started going off on me. He has since apologized for being late, but apparently thinks it is ok for men to verbally abuse women who irritate them by not just accepting tardiness and poor behavior. I am no longer comfortable allowing people from this company to enter our properties.

  we had a really bad experience with the last company we used for our AC, nonstop issues (is what it felt like). LinAir came in and explained why we were having issues with our current AC, were very honest and upfront with what our options were and the price, were friendly and didn't waste time getting the job done. would definitely recommend to anyone who needs a new unit, or work done on their current one.
