  I cannot say enough good things about Lee’s Air, Plumbing & Heating and especially Rick! Our AC stopped working, and they were able to come out the same day I called. Rick was truly a blessing. He was knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to explain exactly what was going on, what needed to be done, and why. Most importantly, he was able to get our AC back up and running that same day and within our budget. There was no pressure or unnecessary upselling—just exceptional, honest service when we really needed it. We decided to join Lee’s membership program, and we have already received more value from the service than the cost of the membership. After this experience, I can confidently say I will NEVER let anyone else service our air conditioning, heating, or plumbing. Lee’s has earned a customer for life. I am forever grateful to Rick and the entire Lee’s team!

  The service was quick and the technician was friendly, but the pricing was completely unreasonable. I was charged $1,100 to replace a contactor and a capacitor. These are basic AC parts that normally cost a fraction of that amount for parts and labor combined. While I appreciate the prompt response and the technician's good attitude, I feel incredibly taken advantage of by this extreme markup. I cannot recommend a company that charges such inflated prices.

  If I got give them 10 stars, I would. Had problems with my A/C not starting up/turning on. I had dealt with a few repair companies in my area. I wanted to try a new one and I am so glad I did. The tech showed up several minutes earlier than scheduled. I found that the tech Colton Blankenship really listened to what I had to say. He began checking things and reported what he found. Colton Blankenship gave me several options on fixing the problem. He listen to my request and put it in action. Problem was solved in a very short time. I hope Lee's Air, heating, plumbing knows what a great asset they have (Colton Blankenship). If you need any work with your A/C, I strongly suggest you try Lee's. Happy with cost, service, and the tech. This is coming from an owner of three businesses and lived in Pahrump for over 10 years.

  I had a great experience with Justin Shishido from Lee’s Air, Plumbing & Heating. Justin was professional, knowledgeable, respectful, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He didn’t make me feel rushed or pressured, and you could tell he genuinely cared about doing the job right. It’s refreshing to have someone show up, do quality work, and treat you with respect. I really appreciate Justin’s professionalism and the excellent service he provided. I would definitely recommend Justin and Lee’s Air, Plumbing & Heating to anyone looking for reliable service!

  I had a fantastic experience with Lee's Air, Plumbing, & Heating, thanks to Kevin B. We had another technician out previously who couldn't figure out why our A/C kept shutting off though it was less than 2 years old. Kevin identified the issue right away. It turned out to be a problem requiring a modification to the overflow PVC piping that the builder's contractor installed incorrectly. He completed the work quickly and efficiently, and got our A/C back up and running in no time. Highly recommend Kevin and the team!
