  I had a great experience with Lee’s Air, Plumbing & Heating and would highly recommend them! Our A/C suddenly stopped working during the Las Vegas summer, and another company told us it would be a few days before they could come out—which just isn’t practical in this kind of heat. I called Lee’s, and the entire process was quick and easy from start to finish. Their automated phone system was surprisingly simple to use to create an account, and I was quickly connected with a friendly representative who found an available technician within a three-hour window. Less than two hours later, Brian called to let me know he was about 15 minutes away. I also received a text with his photo and notification that he was on the way, which was a nice touch. Brian and Marco quickly diagnosed the problem, had the replacement part on hand, and got the AC up and running right away. From the time I called to having cold air again, the entire process took about three hours! This was my first time using Lee’s Air, Plumbing & Heating, and I was extremely impressed with their professionalism, communication, efficiency, and customer service. Huge kudos to Brian, Marco, and the entire team for making what could have been a stressful situation so easy. I’ll definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone in need of HVAC service.

  Monday I had a technician from Lee’s plumbing and HVAC and his name is Brian Duran and he was nothing but professional very quick diagnose. The issue took care of it. Talk with me clarified everything and when he walked away, I felt secure with the work that he did he said it was very simple and to me I didn’t want him to undercut himself and make sure he understood that what he does is very important and the way he does it is extremely important he is an asset to the company and the company philosophy traverse is through him. Take care of the customer be respectful, and due to that I highly recommend these plumbing in an HVAC

  Brian was great! He was very thorough, took the time to explain everything he was checking, and made sure I understood exactly what was going on with our AC. He quickly found the problem and got us back up and running. Really appreciated how knowledgeable and professional he was. Highly recommend Brian!

  Brian and Peter were very thorough and exhibited a five star customer Service demeanor. ( which is extremely important to me ) They replaced two capacitors in my air-conditioning units and cleaned out all the leaves inside the unit. Brian also discussed with me about replacing units at one of my rental homes. Thank you for the service. I’ve put your company in my contact list for future work.

  I wanted to leave an honest and fair review of my recent experience with Lee’s Heating and Air Conditioning. From the initial phone call to scheduling and the technicians arriving on time, the process was smooth and professional. The plumbers were courteous, down-to-earth, and clearly customer-focused. The two technicians who came to my home were both extremely professional — they wore booties, took pictures of the work areas, and communicated well. I truly appreciate how respectful and polite they were throughout the visit. That said, while the estimate was straightforward and clearly explained, I found the pricing for a full repipe to be significantly higher than other quotes I ever received. As someone who always gets multiple estimates, Lee’s was one of the most expensive I’ve seen. While I understand that every company has its own pricing structure and overhead, the total cost felt excessive for the scope of work, especially since drywall and stucco repairs would be handled by a separate subcontractor. I have no issue with the quality of service or the professionalism shown — they did everything right in that regard. However, for a repipe project in particular, the pricing makes it difficult for me to recommend them at all. I had 9 different businesses come and give their estimates and nowhere near how high Lee's was attempting to get. Thank you to the Lee's plumbing and his team for their time and professionalism. I hope this feedback is helpful for other homeowners considering their services.
