    I recently had the pleasure of working with Lee’s Air Conditioning for a service/repair on my unit, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. From the initial call to the completion of the job, their team was professional, courteous, and thorough every step of the way. Justine and Andy were the technicians who handled my service. Both were exceptionally knowledgeable, arriving on time with all the necessary equipment and clearly explaining the issue and the recommended solution in straightforward, easy-to-understand terms. They worked efficiently and cleanly, showing great attention to detail while treating my property with respect. Their communication was excellent throughout, and they ensured I was completely satisfied before leaving. Lee’s Air Conditioning delivered top-tier service with a truly customer-first approach. If you’re looking for a reliable, professional HVAC company in the area, look no further—I will definitely be using them again for any future needs. Five stars!

    DO NOT USE THIS PLACE OF EVEN CALL EVER! I had inquired about services once and then ever since that for 4 months now I receive daily calls trom them. It I don't pick up they call a second time. They never leave a message. I answered and asked to be removed from their call list and it didn't matter that | said I wasn't interested anymore I had someone else do the service she still read me a script to sell me some service she refused to take no for an answer and I had ti just keep repeatedly ask to be removed. I asked if She could hear me and she said yes, and still tried to sell me stuff. I finally had to hang up. Daily they call and daily I don't pick up and they call a second time and they do this EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. I tried blocking the numbers but they have so many phone lines it’s endless

    I want to start by saying that I am not someone who writes negative reviews. As a small business owner myself, I genuinely understand the costs involved in running a service company, and I respect that. But there is a line between fair pricing and taking advantage of someone. Our AC unit at my organization went down in the heat. We suspected the issue was a bad contactor, which is a $20 part available at any Home Depot. The technician came out, confirmed exactly that, replaced the part in about 20 minutes, and we were charged $500. Our organization serves disabled adults, and with the heat & the health and safety of our clients, we needed that unit running immediately. So we were in a pinch and couldn't shop around. $500 for a $20 part and a 20 minute repair feels deeply unfair. I'm writing this review not just to share our experience, but in the hope that the next person or small business/nonprofit in a tough spot isn't put in the same position. Transparency and fairness in pricing go a long way. I do want to be clear that this review is in no way a reflection of Jason, the technician. He was kind, professional and efficient. He did his job well, and I have nothing but good things to say about him personally. My issue is entirely with whoever decided that $500 was a fair price for what was done, and I hope they reconsider that approach.

    If I could leave a zero rating, I would. I did not chose Lee's but they acquired a company that I had always used. We used them in November for a thermostat issue in our home that my elderly in-laws live in. They kept attempting to sell us something we did not need. The technician spoke with my husband on the phone, advised the issue and my husband instructed him on what our wishes were. We were charged almost $500 for repairs that we not done. My in-laws were left without heat for over a week after the technician left. I truly believe it's because we wouldn't purchase their over priced thermostat they wanted to sell us when a new one had been installed one week before my issue. I would have let it go at this but they continue to harass me with phone calls wanting to sell me services. On December 27, 2025 I told the sales representative to remove me from their phone marketing list. They called again on 1-30-2026, 2-5-2026, 2-27-2026, 4-24-2026 and now 5-6-2026. Each time I have politely asked to be removed from their list, that I don't want to ever use their services again. They continue to tell me they are removing me from their list but yet they call again. This is the last time I am asking to not be contacted. The next call will result in a call to the government to open an investigation and your company will be fined $10,000 per call for every time you call after I tell you to remove me from your list. **Follow up** I did speak to the owner after his reply to this review. They found that I was in their system twice and only one of the accounts was flagged as no call. Not sure how I couldn't be found initially to be told that I was in the system twice. Regardless, I've been told the phone calls will stop. Time will tell.

    Brandon came out to clear a main line clog and did an outstanding job. This wasn’t a quick in‑and‑out job, he put in real work out in the hot sun with no shade, stayed professional the entire time, and never tried to upsell me on anything unnecessary. He was honest, respectful, and explained everything clearly. The clog turned out to be a simple blockage, and he cleared it effectively for the basic service price. It’s experiences like this that earn long‑term customers. Plumbing issues are inevitable in any home, and when the next one comes up, I’ll be calling them again because of the honesty, effort, and professionalism Brandon showed today. Bruce
