  The cold water faucet in my bathroom has been running and I was unable to turn it off or use it. Hawthorne Plumbing, Heating & Cooling was highly recommended by the property manager of the manufactured home where I live. When I called and made the appointment, the young lady who answered was very pleasant and professional over the phone. The technician Fernando arrived on Wednesday, was very nice, addressed the issue and knew right away how to fix it. Very happy with the service they provided.

  Great experience and excellent work by Fernando. Had an emergency water leak from my water heater on a Friday night and he was at my house within 20 minutes of calling. Everything was promptly and professionally replaced

  My recent experience with Hawthorne Plumbing, Heating & Cooling was much more than expected. George, the plumber did an excellent job in flushing my water heater. He explained the process well. After he finished, he noted a few things that needed to be taken care of, in order to insure that the water heater would remain functioning properly. George was honest, polite, and highly knowledgeable of the job. After my first experience with Hawthorne, I will definitely call on them again whenever needed.

  I’ve had several visits from different air-conditioning companies as our system is old. Usually, everybody advocates for a new system without looking at the details of the problem. I first spoke with Shane on the phone and he understood what my problem was by me outlining the issues. He did the exact opposite of everyone else and understood that I needed to just make a repair to the current system. They were able to move up the scheduled date to do the repair to the next day and Elijah, the technician, was absolutely outstanding. He was able to answer my questions and explain everything while doing the repairs, all at a great price. I’m not big on warranty plans, but I signed up with this company because they have been excellent. Everything was fixed in short order and I now have peace of mind that I actually have someone I can trust should anything else happen. This is the company I’ll be using more moving forward. Old school, honest and well deserving of a referral for more business. Five stars.

  If I could give zero stars- I would. The representative that came to my home was so rude and spoke to me like he did not want my business. He kept interrupting me when I asked questions. When I advised him that he was being rude, he did not change his demeanor. He then tried to charge me labor cost of $1,462.00 to install a basic water heater that was under warranty (it was only $54.00 to exchange the tank for a new one). He said that the labor cost would cover the cost to drain the current one, drive 7 minutes to get the new tank and to install it. The person I used verified that all of the connections were still usable and that it was a simple replacement.
