  Today, I met with Shane. He was extremely thorough and showed me, and told me about things about my air conditioning unit that another technician from a different company did not. He explained it clearly to where I can understand exactly what was needed. I really really appreciate his service today. Thank you, Shane!

  We have been customers of Hawthorne for quite a few years and have always been so happy with the service we have received. We live out of state and they make arrangements for our service that is convenient for us, always arrives on time, takes care of our repairs, maintenance or what ever is needed. We renew our committment to them each year and would not put our home in anyone elses hands.

  Replacing a hot water heater isn’t a fun purchase, but we felt like this company was efficient, honest, and fairly priced (unlike many companies in the valley). Our technician plumber was Ivan and he was so nice and explained everything. He even explained that we had options we didn’t think we had, like getting a tankless heater. He really knew his stuff and did a very good job. We will use Hawthorn now for our annual check up services.

  Hawthorne Plumbing should be very proud of having Irwin Dominguez as their employee. He was thorough on explaining what he was doing to change old valves on each of the sinks in the house. We finally got our non-functioning kitchen faucet changed. Happy about that. I learned a lot from Irwin regarding plumbing and what’s good for keeping the house plumbing maintained. Thanks, Irwin!
