- SWShay WorthyOct 2, 20265.0Our experience with this company was very good!! The repair was done in a good timely manner and need I say our repairman was pleasant and professional!! Would definitely recommend to others!!
- RSRyan SimpsonSep 27, 20265.0Brandon came out even though we slept through our appointment time, evaluated the door and was able to get it repaired and in better shape than it was before the spring broke. I won’t be going anywhere else for any garage door repairs.
- DHDakota HippSep 26, 20265.0Brandon was awesome, explained what my issue was, gave me a bunch of options, and got the work done good and quick. My garage door has never been this quite! Really appreciate these guys coming out on the weekend and they have a great warranty for their work. Cool company!
- DSDarryl SanchezSep 21, 20261.0SEEK OTHER QUOTES!! This company is more expensive the big national companies, but claim to be local. A quick Google search will show you that this company is in fact, not a local company, but a national one, which explains the outrageous and ridiculous pricing. If you tell the tech no, he will just call his manager and they will try to reduce the price, and it’s still not even close to reasonable. Got my spring system changed for less than half the cost these guys were charging. STAY AWAY! The guy even snuck a sticker by my control pad when I wasn’t looking, imagine that.
- RNRenee NearySep 16, 20265.0As a single woman, first time homebuyer of just 1 year, the things I feared the most was something going wrong and not knowing how to solve the problem, so when my garage door motor literally blew up, I was panicked. I started calling around for bids and everybody wanted to charge me just to come out and talk to me. But not Good Golly Garage Doors! They gave me an immediate response, accommodated my schedule even though it meant staying till 9:30 PM to get the job done.I can’t say enough wonderful things about Austin.. From the very first moment, he was not only a consummate professional—timely, precise, and incredibly skilled—but also an honest, kind, and genuinely amazing person. He went above and beyond, and if I could give him 10 stars, I would. I highly recommend him to anyone—this is the kind of service you dream of. Good Golly Garage Doors should be so proud to have Austin as the employee to represent all that they stand for. Service, kindness, compassion, excellence, and professionalism, beyond expectation.
