  Robert saved me and the day. First , I made a call at time when another plumbing company was trying to trap me at my house on unnecessary work for emergency $15,000 repairs. I called up Goettl while the other guy was there and got help and understanding and a visit in less than 40 minutes. The other vendor couldn’t even finish fixing the tub faucet. Robert literally saved me because he fixed the repairs on the tub faucet the other guy couldn’t , tested the chlorine level of the water and advised me on my purchase of a new water softener from another vendor I trust for water osmosis work , spent time cleaning out faucets throughout the house, fixed a minor issue with toilet tank he found where water was constantly running, etc. he got me and my house up and running again where the other vendor made me feel the house would fall apart without emergency work the next day. He gave me information and pricing on work that does need fixing down the line with no pressure tactics. He listens very well and discusses things intelligently and able to be understood. His experience level and ability is off the charts. Thanks to him and the company for their efforts and professionalism. Did I forget to mention I paid nothing. This all came under consultation work as I now found my new go to plumbing service provider

  Only reason im giving 2 stars is because the people were nice. On the other end of that I felt taken advantage of. Partially my own fault for not doing my research but I was jet lagged and in an emergency. Got a new water heater installed same day. Unfortunately i was told the price and it being power vent is why. Blaming the cost on the model type and the invoice had nothing to say about the labor cost. Anyways. $8500 later I get a Hard credit check for the financing appear on my credit report when I was told it was a soft pull. Icing on top, I look at the exact model number and the water heater is priced at under 1500. Learn from my mistake.

  This is a real review that comes with real results. I reached out to Goettl because of A/C issues. Ken the technician arrived on time very knowledgeable and professional & even called before he showed up. The first thing he noticed was the heat hitting him once he entered our home & sweat running from our faces because the temperature was a whooping 97 degrees & climbing even our dogs was uncomfortable. Ken immediately knew how to fix the problem and he did just that! This is truly one of the biggest best blessings & I'm forever grateful & thankful that our system is back to working normal sitting at a cool 70 degrees right now. Thanks to the whole Goettl family for coming thru in a emergency situation & didn't waste no time!

  Hello, Where do I start… after having two plumbers from the company I had been a member with for over 30yrs. They had been servicing my air units in multiple homes I decided to have them flush my tankless water heater… I won’t go into the mess I faced - lack of Knowledge, inconsistent repair information and NOT focusing on WHY they were called “ Flush the tankless water heater “ it was obvious both Plumbers wanted to Sell Me there Water Filtration System $5,000 - $9,000 or $11,000… So I called another company and had the Best Experience with Halbert. He was Patient “ I was a lot to handle LOL”, knowledgeable, explained ALL steps that would need to be taken to repair or replace …. And never try to sell me on A water system. So I took the Leap… Cancelled the membership with the company I was formerly with became a member with Halbert’s…..lol we will be friends. I am so Happy

  if I could give a company zero stars, this would be the one I would do it too. We have had goetle out here over the course of eight visits to repair an air conditioner that shuts off. They have replaced the motherboard at a cost of $1200 they have replaced the compressor at a cost of $6800. It’s a apparent that they were troubleshooting and just hoping that they would fix something that would stick and not fix the problem. To add insult to injury they contacted us and said if you want to buy a new system, it’s $2500 as a credit because you just bought the compressor from us. No acknowledgment then maybe they misdiagnosed the issue. So today we had another air-conditioning company come out and we agreed to have them replace the entire system, just as reference the air-conditioning system in this home is only two years old. All the tech who came to the house we’re extremely professional Unfortunately, they didn’t get it right here. Thank you for replying . I asked no less than 5 times for a supervisor to call me . The last time I asked I was told there is no contact number for them and they would get back to me . Never did anyone get back to me .. The receptionist was pretty frustrated on the phone when I asked for the supervisor. Meanwhile AC is still not working 86 degrees last night and 84 Today . New system tommorow.. thankfully ..
