  Our service visit was a great experience. We had Ernesto out to look over our HVAC system and AC unit. He was extremely professional and polite. He explained every part of the service he conducted and answered any questions I had. His service was timely and he kept us updated before arriving to our appointment on when he anticipated being there. He went above and beyond in regards to his kindness and gifted both of my daughters a Goettl toy they could play with. That was an unexpected but a pleasant surprise! We unfortunately weren't able to trouble shoot a solution for a noise in our AC unit. Homes in our neighborhood experience a similar issue and have since they were first built. Ernesto helped us plan solutions we could take without having it re-installed through Goettl, which was appreciated. It tells me Goettl cares about helping the customer to solve a problem, even if it's not to their benefit. Overall, I would highly recommend their service!

  I couldn’t recommend this company enough!! We’ve been having issues with our ac unit for 2-3 years and getting a replacement just wasn’t in the works for us so I wasn’t very hopeful when our technician said we needed an entire new unit. However, the technician Josais I believe his name was, was super super helpful and understanding of our situation and was able to help us get our ac replaced the same day! He offered us multiple options in order to get the ball rolling and my family and I are so grateful for the entire team for being so patient and understanding. Josias, Avo and the installation team were great! It’s hard to find companies out here who aren’t just trying to make a quick buck but who are genuinely willing to work with families in tight situations so we couldn’t thank the Goettl team enough!

  Called Friday to schedule a visit regarding water softener repairs as my softener is similar to a neighbors who used goettl, using a BNT1650F controller, where I needed help because the drain valve was leaking and it wasn't starting up automatically. They missed Friday, rescheduled to Monday. They missed Monday, rescheduled to Tuesday. They missed Tuesday, then they called and said because my water softener wasn't sold by them, they couldn't help me, even though I explained the issue was the controller itself on Friday, and NOT the actual water softener. I ended up just epoxying the drain valve, a local plumber came by within 2 hours after Goettl screwed with me and fixed the issue. It's asinine that I've always seen ads and been recommended this company by my neighbors, and my first impression is that they don't care unless it's an actual plumbing emergency. Disappointing.

  I called because my upstairs AC, which had been working normally for months, suddenly stopped. Instead of identifying the actual cause of the failure, the technician concluded that my zoning and ductwork were the problem and discussed replacing or redesigning the duct system. When I asked about static pressure, I later learned it had never been measured. I sought a second opinion. The second technician performed a thorough diagnosis, found a partially disconnected wire on the zone control panel, reconnected it, and the system immediately began working normally. He didn't recommend replacing my ductwork and didn't even charge me for the repair. I was disappointed that the first visit didn't identify the actual fault before discussing a much more expensive solution.

  Not a well run company and will take your money, regardless if they service you or not. Needed to dispute charges for a no show appointment. Earlier in the month we scheduled for someone to come out and check on our A/C and see if a tune up was needed. They confirmed a 3 hour window during the day and it already passed that time we were given. That was the first frustration as we had to wait around with NO updates given if someone was coming still or running late - so we called to cancel. The person we spoke to said no problem that they will reverse the charge (yes they already charged us in advance). A week later we noticed that the charge was in fact not reversed and we were fully charged with the full amount. Ridiculous!! We called again, and this time we were told that they needed to reach out to the 'sales manager' to get it reversed/refunded. Yet another week passes by and no changes to the charge, still there. We called again one last time and was told the information was going to be passed along (what?). Now here we are 3 weeks later disputing with our credit card company. Worst service and these guys will take your money no matter what. Looking at the other reviews, they seem to want to milk people for unnecessary services as well. Beware, I do not recommend. What a waste of time and so far, money as well.
