ABSOLUTELY THE WORST! I regret ever looking at this company.. The sales guy was right on time and was great, but everything after that went south. They were able to schedule the install to replace my entire unit (compressor, furnace, heat exchange, everything the same day which was great. The installers were 2 hours late and didn't leave my house until 11:30pm. They informed me at the end of the night that they needed additional parts and to come back and test everything because something happened with their testers. On the day they were supposed to return (in the AM), I got a call from the tech mid morning saying he would be here between 1-3pm. Here we are at 4:30 pm and no tech. Earlier today, the cover (vent) for the furnace fell off the enclosure damaging my wall. I called customer service and they told me they had to reschedule today's visit to tomorrow. No phone call, no nothing! The worst thing about is, the blower in the furnace closet sounds like a freaking jet engine and I can't run it because it keeps everyone up at night, which is raising the temperature in my house to well over 90 degrees! Now customer service tells me that no one is available today. I fight them and they finally agree to send someone out but don't have an ETA! If this is not corrected in the next 24 hours, I WILL call my attorney and let him fight this joke of a company.

Juan the service manager came and found that I had a water heater that was leaking into my home. Good news! Because I dis not want a slab leak. He gave me pricing and worked with my home warranty company. He also referred me to a restoration company for the damage to my flooring. At each step they did not leave before the new tech arrived and they were careful to explain each step. The cost of water heaters has gone up quite a bit since 2020(4k). The unit they put in was a 50 gal commercial that barely fit in my closet and the tech took care to make everything work out so the door would close.

I had another plumbing company perform a maintenance flush on my water heater, and they told me it was a “ticking time bomb” and needed to be replaced ASAP. They quoted me $4,100. I decided to get a second opinion, and boy, am I glad I did! Joc came out and immediately showed me that my water heater was still under warranty. He then took the time to explain, in great detail, everything I needed to know about my water heater and water softener. He was friendly, efficient, and incredibly knowledgeable. What stood out most was that I never felt like I was being taken advantage of. Joc genuinely wanted me to understand my system and learn how to take care of it for my own benefit. Not just sell me something I didn't need. I would 100% recommend Joc to anyone looking for an honest and knowledgeable plumber. I truly appreciate his honesty, integrity, and dedication to doing the job right. It’s refreshing to find someone who takes pride in their work and puts the customer first. Thank you, Joc!

DO YOUR HOMEWORK & RESEARCH We hired Goetll under the assumption that this process would be seamless and painless. Unfortunately, it’s been a chaotic experience. From the first day (July 21,2026) we were told they would finish the project that same day with the exception of the drywall. The first set of technicians worked all day and told us they couldn’t finish it and would return on Thursday (July 23, 2026). We never received a call that day and when I called to inquire on what was happening, they had told us the project was complete and didn’t require anything else. At this point we didn’t have our furnace/heater installed only our AC. I explicitly told them they had numerous things they left out: heater, drywall & water coming from the secondary drainage landing directly on our NEW unit. When the second team arrived a few days later, I immediately told them about the drain hitting our ac unit and if they can correct it. They called dispatch and got a pipe delivered to them. I thought they would put the tube to go down the wall to the rocks. Instead, they put a small tube with some tape to extend out a few inches. Practically making no difference and the AC is still compromised. When I confronted him about it he wiped the AC & said “I thought you were talking about your window sills .” Makes sense. This same team went upstairs to see what was happening & I overheard them say “ They left it prepped for us.” Meaning first team, they never finished the job but marked it COMPLETE. I’m no legal expert but that seems like contractor fraud. We tried to be amicable but when you have a call log of 15 outgoing calls and you don’t get a call in return something is off. The whole experience has been a nightmare. As of today Aug 13, 2026, our ceiling still has holes. Our AC has not been fixed. But hey we finally got a call back 😀

I genuinely regret choosing Goettl. The photos attached to this review speak for themselves. Our first appointment had an expected arrival window of approximately 8:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m. They did not arrive until around 1:00 p.m. and stayed until approximately 8:30 p.m., yet the job was still not completed. We were told they needed to return because they had not accounted for the smaller piping space in our attic. We arranged for them to come back Thursday, and I personally stayed home ALL DAY waiting. No one showed up. Apparently, dispatch was never properly informed. After we called again, they eventually returned several days later and were late again. Their solution to the piping issue was to leave exterior piping visibly wrapped and connected with tape, with an open pipe still protruding near the roofline. The photos also show discoloration and water/residue running onto our BRAND-NEW outdoor unit. Inside, our ceiling still has extensive water staining and open sections that were never repaired. Our laundry room was left with debris, marked walls, and clothing/towel rods removed and not restored. And somehow, Goettl has marked this project COMPLETE. We are paying approximately $16,000 for this system and installation, and from what we understood, this was roughly their second-highest option out of several systems available — not even the top-tier system. For $16,000, I do not think it is unreasonable to expect the job to actually be finished. Instead, we are left with taped piping, ceiling damage, debris, removed fixtures, staining on a brand-new unit, and unanswered calls — while Goettl expects our first payment within approximately 10 days. The project is not complete. I chose Goettl because I believed their advertising about professionalism, customer service, and caring about families. Our actual experience has been the complete opposite. Finish the work we are being charged for, repair the damage, restore what was removed, clean up the mess, and stop calling an obviously unfinished $16,000 project “complete.” Look at the photos and decide for yourself whether this is the quality of work you would accept in your home. Based on our experience, I absolutely cannot recommend Goettl.
