  Klayson was wonderful! He came early, was efficient, kind, clearly loved his job and helping others. If I could give him 10 stars instead of 5 I would. Would absolutely recommend him to anyone.

  Have you or a loved one received unprofessional services or scam like treatment from this company? So have many other Nevada residents. No need to worry, the good people of Las Vegas look out for each other. If you've been wronged and have no idea what to do or where to go from here, these are some agencies and organizations that may spark you interests! Federal Trade Commission (FTC) ~they help with fraudulent plumbing scams. Nevada Attorney General - Bureau of Consumer Protection. ~files complaints against businesses for deceptive trade practices. Nevada State Contractors Board (NSCB) ~regulates the construction industry, licenses contractors, and investigates complaints. Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada ~provides legal counsel and represents consumers in fraud cases. I hope this provides some use for ya, it's more use than what you've gotten from this company I'm sure. Much love and safe travels, -A good friend.

  I've had a membership with Fetch-A-Tech for about 6 years and they have been wonderful. Great communication, professional, they always go out of their way to complete a job no matter how big or small, and even bring a toy for my dog to keep him busy. 100% recommend them. Even several of my neighbors now use them.

  A broken water shut off lever to my main irrigation line caused a substantial leak, which needed immediate attention. I submitted an online request for a same-day appointment as advertised by fetch-a-tech and was contacted shortly thereafter for confirmation. Within a few hours Sebastian was dispatched to conduct a diagnosis. Not only did he recognize the obvious issue but he took the time to conduct a water pressure test and inspect all the water shut off valves, which led to the discovery of additional issues that most certainly would have caused further problems in the future. Instead of applying pressure tactics to fix the other issues, Sebastian thoroughly explained my options and left it entirely up to me on how I wanted to proceed. If you need a company that provides a quick response, is honest, and provides quality work, I highly recommend them.

  Do NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!!! If I could give ZERO stars I would. I had a monthly subscription for HVAC tune up. Had someone come for plumbing. I followed them through out the house and when he got to garage/outside I went inside. Few minutes after, he comes in to tell me I had a leak. I followed him, I told him there’s no way that was leaking as I just had plumbing work less than 2 weeks prior. Of course he denied any wrongdoing. I wasn’t going to write any review tbh… I don’t like to be negative. However, I decided once I spoke to a lady on the phone today…She asked me why I was canceling my subscription. I told her what happened..she proceeded to tell me.. ‘Fetch Tech’ doesn’t work on outside irrigation water systems… so I’m not sure why he would lie about that…. I said really…??? Then why was I quoted $900 to fix it!!! So the ‘bank’ you put toward the monthly payment is lost if you cancel… a small fact I don’t believe I was told. But I won’t say that definitively. I will say that guy absolutely tampered with my system. And they all try to lie about it. As I said…. I literally had plumbing work done 10 DAYS prior! It’s so disheartening that folks are so dishonest. Take your business elsewhere!! My $300 bank is also down the drain. Lesson learned!
