- CCCc CJul 18, 20264.0UPDATE 8/8/2026 : Much better experience at Ferguson on south valley view blvd , Las Vegas . The staff greeted me as I walked into the store. The team was respectful, kind , professional , knowledgeable, and open to answer all my queries about my toilet issues and presented mitigation strategies to solve my issues . I felt seen , heard , and understood. It’s a completely different experience from Ferguson showroom on Grand Canyon Parkway Summerlin location. THANK YOU FERGUSON TEAM ON SOUTH VALLEY VIEW ! I’ll be shopping exclusively with you for all our business needs moving forward! 🏆🏆🏆 *Previous experience **The reception is very rude , not friendly , a bit snob as she quietly judged my tee shirt and shorts . She’s young and it’s Saturday, im sure she just wants to get off work at 5pm . I came in at 4:45pm & she was clearly annoyed that she has to communicate with me 15 mins before they closed . I work at a local Hospital, it’s nearly impossible for me to make it to the store between 9-5 ! And what’s with the attitude ?!? Would she treat me differently if I was dressed from head to toe in loud obnoxious designer ? Or is it because I’m over 50 years old ? Idk .. just rude .

I did and was told the order hadn’t dropped and to come back the next day. My husband went the next day and after 90 minutes was told my sink wasn’t there and it wouldn’t be for 3 days! I then reached out to my sales rep- crickets. When we went back on Tuesday, the sink still wasn’t there and was told it would be another week. Luckily it came that Friday. When I picked it up, the gentleman was great.
