- CCCc CJul 18, 20264.0UPDATE 8/8/2026 : Much better experience at Ferguson on south valley view blvd , Las Vegas . The staff greeted me as I walked into the store. The team was respectful, kind , professional , knowledgeable, and open to answer all my queries about my toilet issues and presented mitigation strategies to solve my issues . I felt seen , heard , and understood. It’s a completely different experience from Ferguson showroom on Grand Canyon Parkway Summerlin location. THANK YOU FERGUSON TEAM ON SOUTH VALLEY VIEW ! I’ll be shopping exclusively with you for all our business needs moving forward! 🏆🏆🏆 *Previous experience **The reception is very rude , not friendly , a bit snob as she quietly judged my tee shirt and shorts . She’s young and it’s Saturday, im sure she just wants to get off work at 5pm . I came in at 4:45pm & she was clearly annoyed that she has to communicate with me 15 mins before they closed . I work at a local Hospital, it’s nearly impossible for me to make it to the store between 9-5 ! And what’s with the attitude ?!? Would she treat me differently if I was dressed from head to toe in loud obnoxious designer ? Or is it because I’m over 50 years old ? Idk .. just rude .
