  Jeff Straughn is the best! He was on time, courteous, professional. He checked the AC, told me what the matter was, how best to take the next steps in fixing (or replacing) it, and gave me enough info to follow up on the best course of action to take. Best, Zend Lakdavala.

  I had my a c and our furnace replaced by doctor cool. From the people that schedule to the sales rep that came out too the installers. They all did a great job together. Great teamwork I appreciate their effort. They did everything they said and a little more. Why would you use anyone else?

  I had the most pleasant, professional, and efficient experience. Tech even showed up early on a Sunday morning!! Definitely recommend this company. Freddy Muniz is a very great technician. Try to get him so you can have a great and quickly remedied experience as I have. It was through my home warranty company so I only paid my service fee.

  Last year our older AC systems went on the fritz and we needed to get something fast. We called Dr Cool and they came and were fast and very professional and installed our system and had us up and running in no time. a year later my mother needed to get her system upgraded. She had some random company come in and the gave her multiple quotes, (they are in a single story, 1400 sf home) one quote was for 50K, the next was 30k and the final was 25K. My mother is in her late 70's and they told her that if that if her system broke down in the night she could die. It was like they were trying to scare her. I found out and immediately called Dr Cool. They came in a gave her a Cadillac of a system with all the bells and whistles for under 15K. I would recommend Dr Cool to anyone that needs work done by fair honest people. Tim has been amazing to work with. Please don't just take my word for it, call them and let them prove it to you.

  We had noticed a water leak and called our warranty company-Dwelleness. They sent Mr Cool. First plumber that came by was good. He couldn’t do anything since wall was still sealed but said to call Mr Cool back to make repair once wall was opened up….we are using a restoration company to demo and repair water damage. The second plumber Parker Farley came by and informed us that this repair wasn’t covered under our warranty…. When in fact the warranty would pay $500 toward repairs. Then Parker or Mr Cool wanted to charge us $900 for the repair!!! The whole wall had been opened up and the plumber had direct access to water lines needing repair. He would have had to cut 8” off the dry wall at most. Bottom line, even if Parker had to go out and get the part it would have only taken 2 hours at max! At $900 dollars that labor cost could be around $450/hr!!! Even taking $100 off labor cost for parts it would still be around $400/hr!! I have repaired, renovated and repaired plumbing in a few houses. I know what it takes to make repairs especially to contex lines. Mr Cool pricing is way out of line! I went and found another plumbing company that will do it for $375 with parts!!!
