  Marcus was friendly, let me know his ETA. He arrived on time. Listened to my concerns. Went up on roof to inspect unit. He did not find any issues but said if I have any further issues to call again went over my warranty info as well. 5 ⭐️’s!

  A/C was not blowing cool air and since Desert West replaced my units a few years back, it was under warranty. Tony came out and immediately found the problem. Wire to capacitor was damaged and once he fixed that, unit worked properly! Tony is a good guy, friendly and knowledgeable.

  Well, just had another amazing experience with DWS. We got home from a vacation and the AC literally exploded. DWS had a tech (Nikki) at the house within just a couple of hours. She was great, very professional and quickly identified the issue. No pressure. No upselling. She just explained what happened, gave me my options, and let us decide which way to go. Needless to say we decided to do a full system replacement as the system is 20+ years old. Again, no pressure, just options. No upselling at all. 24 hours later a whole new system was installed and the house was cooling down. I can’t say it enough, these people are true professionals and do an excellent job. Nikki is great!!!

  My AC broke down a few days ago and I had to look for a reputable company to service my AC. I called early around 8 a.m., and they had Damien check my furnace an hour later. It was a quick diagnosis with pictures and other evidence to show what the problem was. He didn’t try to upsell me to upgrade since we both know that the system is almost 20 years old and it was time to replace my AC unit. After asking him a lot of questions and he answered them to the best of his ability, I went through with the upgrade and got it scheduled for the next day. Good thing they also offer financing since it is a big investment. They replaced the whole system in 5-6 hours and it cooled my house quickly and much better than before. If you need someone to check and maintain your HVAC needs, Desert West is the way to go. Damien is so knowledgeable that he’ll make the repairs properly and easily.

  Jeremy was very detailed in his work and explanation. He saw wires that were not places in the right spot from another contractor and fixed it. Went over everything he checked told me how old my unit is and it’s still in great shape. Thank you Jeremy
