  I was worried my A/C was malfunctioning. I called Desert West at 7:00 a.m. and they got me an early appointment at 9:00 a.m. Tony the tech showed up on time. Great communication. He checked the A/C unit and gave me the diagnosis. He explained everything very clearly. Very professional. He made sure the house was cooling before he left. Very thorough. I recommend Desert West!

  A/C went out on 108 degree day and I had to call the company who took care of my furnace last time I had an issue years ago. Fair with pricing. No upselling and great reviews. $79 service call was all Tony charged me to get it back up and running. No major parts needed. No upselling. Just a switch got tripped. Unheard of in this world of upselling and commission based jobs that could be from garage doors to plumbers. Enough to make you sick. Highly recommend these guys. Thanks to Tony and Kyle!

  After having several local HVAC companies come by to troubleshoot my AC which had stopped cooling, we chose Desert West Heating and Cooling. The technician that came out, Tony Vargas, was so knowledgeable and truthful. After checking several items, he knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it within 20 minutes… I see why they came Highly recommended to me from neighbors who have used them with good results. A trustworthy HVAC company is one you want to keep!!!

  Damian came out and was amazing. Very professional, knowledgeable, and has a great personality. He was very patient and explained everything in great detail so we understood. I appreciate the fact he took the time to listen to all our concerns, and he went out of his way to give us advice on things to better our situation. Will definitely ask for him again. Thank you. I also love the fact this company actually cares when you are stressed and in need. They dispatch technicians quickly and don't make you wait days or weeks to respond. Great service.

  After getting the runaround from my home warranty company, I decided to reach out to Desert West Services on my own. I called Thursday and was originally told they probably couldn’t get out until Sunday, but they made it happen and got Nikki out Friday! 🙌🏽❄️ Nikki was professional, knowledgeable, and most importantly FIXED THE PROBLEM! After dealing with different diagnoses and days without AC in this Vegas heat with kids in the house, we finally have cold air again! 🥶
