- DLDarby LanzOct 8, 20265.0Damian just left my house, and I cannot rave about him enough!!! My AC had stopped working, and I called DWS. Not only did they get me a same day appointment, but Damian was here in less than 90 minutes! He quickly found the issue, fixed it, and fully explained everything he was doing. From his friendly attitude, to his shoe covers, everything was top notch!!
- AGAudy GarciaOct 8, 20265.0I had a great experience with Desert West! Damian was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He took the time to explain what was going on with my AC and addressed my concerns. I appreciated his honesty and thoroughness throughout the process. I would highly recommend Desert West!
- GDG DanOct 6, 20265.0Damian with Desert West just provided excellent service from the begining to completion of the Job. The other companies just wanted to hustle me. They replaced an old failing heat pump with a new system
- TKTodd KatowichOct 6, 20265.0Best AC company in town. Had a whole brand new system installed in my house 12 hours after my first call. Super clean. Efficient. Trustworthy staff. I can’t say enough good things about this service.
- DVDan VarnerOct 5, 20265.0This company was referred to me by many other individuals that have used their services. They came out the same day that I contacted them and gave me a full price quote the same day. They were very professional during the bid process as well as the installation ! They delivered exactly what they promised! Price was reasonably less than the other two companies that came out and gave me a quote.
