  Juan and his crew were exceptional in everything they did. Very professional, knowledgeable and hard working. Juan always answered all my questions in a very friendly and helpful manner.

  I would have given this companies employees who did the work 5 stars. They were very professional and worked hard. As for the company itself, the communication is horrible and unreliable. I spoke with the owner once and he handled that quickly and thought now we were on good hands. Since they were responsible for our washer when they moved it and when they replaced it started leaking water. A crew supervisor came and tightened the hose it still was leaking a lot of water from underneath the washer. Supervisor said someone would call. Didn't happen. I then spoke with the owner would send someone out. Never happened. I spoke with him again next day and would have an answer in two hours. No call again. No washer for 5 weeks. I called again Monday and was told he was in a meeting. 3 hours no return call. Once again when I asked to speak with him I was again told he is still working on it. I was so frustrated I let this woman know that if he didn't have the balls to speak with me. He then said I was vulger and I should get it fixed send him the bill and he would have us reimbursed from the insurance company and before I could get him to put it in writing he hung up on me.

  Ended up with a leak from the master shower upstairs. Contacted my insurance who recommended DVC. Luanna at DVC sent out Yesenia and Jesus to assess the damage. These two were outstanding! They assessed everything, made an exploratory cut in the ceiling, informed me of everything they were doing, why and what the process was going forward. A little hiccup with the first scheduled demo day but, not a problem. Yesenia explained the mix up and Luanna got everything reschedule right away. Demo day, Yesenia arrived with Juan and Alonso. They meticulously taped everything off, setup their demo area and went to work. Opened up my ceiling, cleaned everything out. A couple weeks later (after my plumber repaired the leak), reconstruction was assessed (Miguel). A few days later, reconstruction was done. They were fast and the work was done right. Drywall replaced, texture sprayed. The following week, one guy shows up for paint. That dude is an artist. He taped everything off, painted the ceiing and matched the neutral paint on the vertical walls masterfully. Less my deductible, insurance took care of the rest. Everyone I had contact with throughout the process (I know I'm forgetting some and I apologize) was aabsolutely amazing! Very professional, very personable, incredibly helpful. DVC made the whole process incredibly painless and they were quick. I highly recommend DVC.

  Our master bathroom needed a full upgrade, and this company handled everything from demolition to final fixtures. They installed a walk-in shower, new vanity, and updated tile flooring. The project took about ten days, which was faster than expected. What I appreciated most was their attention to detail, especially with tile alignment and finishes. Compared to other contractors we considered, they were more responsive and clear with timelines. The space now feels brighter, more functional, and much more comfortable overall.
