This company saved me thousands of dollars where as other door companies tried to get me to spend a ridiculous about in replacing the entire door not just the glass. They are so nice and extremely efficient. 10/10 recommend.

Ethan gave us a quote to replace some trim work and reseal all of our windows. Seemed to know windows pretty well. I liked how honest he came off and the pricing seemed extremely reasonable to me. I didn't even shop around...A couple weeks later, the trim came in, they sent Ethan and a couple of helpers to assist with a job that took all day. They did a good job and would recommend if you need trim or windows fixed or replaced. Thank you!

NOTE: See my response to their response at the bottom A tale of two experiences.... The short version: Called to see about them giving me quotes for replacement of several double pane glass pieces with bad seals as well as replacing all the glass in the house. Was told there would be a $100 assessment fee. I agreed to pay it, set up the appointment. That appointment seemed to go very well and ended with clear expectations from the estimator. From that point forward, there was a total of 3-4 sentences ever spoken again from their end. No further response or communication from their estimator. The "project manager" was terce at best when I called to check status on the missing quotes, but promptly send me quotes with some window sizes and them being Low-E, but nothing about wihich windows they were for, the operational repair side that had been discussed, or the other option or two that had been discussed. When I verified receipt and indicated I wasn't thrilled at the lack of any context, nothing. Eventually I got a 3 sentence email that said they decided they weren't interested in the job at this time but would wave the $100. OK, I get a job requiring work that isn't what your business wants to do. Been there, done that. Why that wouldn't have been clear when the estimator was laying out a plan for us? I have no idea. When their own delivery deadline passed, no follow up and my call was responded to in a tone that was clear I was taking up time I wasn't worthy of. No follow up from the estimator that made the plan (who had been with them a very long time) and no response that had any context to what had been discussed. Just my own investment of time followed by short, rude responses if there was a response at all. At least they did send me something that said "We're out" so I knew I needed to go with someone else.. So, two experiences: The one with the estimator who seemed to seriously know his stuff and instilled great confidence. The rest with a clear message of "Stop bothering me" and "Go away". Their 4.9 star review record as I write this implies my experience isn't the norm, so I hope if you choose to go ahead with them you get something more indicative of that 4.9. What I got was a hot mess of missed expectations, missed promises, and general non-communication. Response to their reply: No specs changed - at least no no notable ones. Albert seemed to have a clear understanding of what we needed and left us with confidence he knew what needed to be done. Quotes with options were promised for perhaps as soon as the end of the next day and no later than the day after that. I called to see where they were a week after that (the call mentioned in the review). The quotes received called out some sizes with no real reference to what where in the house they were relevant (i.e., which windows were being replaced) and did not address the options that the estimator had himself indicated would be provided. All I called out after that was the lack of clarity and the missing options - options that had been explicitly outlined by your estimator but were completely unaddressed. EXAMPLE: The estimator noticed an important issue with a glass block window in the master bathroom and suggested two potential paths for addressing it. I don't believe *either* of those paths were covered in the quotes that were eventually provided. There were literally zero new requirements, so the effort at seeming magnanimous rings pretty hollow. We did eventually find someone to do the work. Everything was done in the manner and timeline promised.

Showed up on time and completed an inspection of my 26 year old windows. 2 other companies stated I need to replace them at a very high cost. Marlon, the tech, was fantastic. He told me my windows were in great shape and then showed me how they were actually working and were in good condition. He pointed out that my windows were argon with clear low-e and that all the seals were intact and working. They opened and closed properly as well. I did have one window that had lost the argon gas and needed repair which was completed the next day. Instead of trying to take advantage of me, Cut Rate Glass saved me $$. Their honesty and professionalism have me recommending them as the first choice to call for window concerns or repairs. Keep up the great work and business practices.
