  Please do NOT use this company. We paid them thousands of dollars to install an A/C unit and have since had to pay thousands of dollars to fix their extremely poor work. To be specific - we had to have another company completely redo the duct work in the attic. Cool concepts basically had the air blowing freely in the attic. Then let's discuss the compressor that just blew up because the power supply was never installed correctly and the the system was overworking because of the poor duct work job they did. Lastly, they installed a crap Rheem system (which even the manufacturer says should not be installed in extreme climates) and didn't register the guarantee! So now we are about to spend thousands more dollars to fix more of their poor work. Please, please, please don't use this company. You will spend double the money - pay them and then pay a company to do the real work.

  I was recommended to Cool Concepts Air From my sister. I had my old unit for at least 20 years and every year I had air conditioning problems. Norm and his crew came out put a new air conditioning system. Great job Norm and his crew are very professional. Very nice and very reasonable. Definitely recommend them.Patti G

  We used Cool Concepts to perform routine maintenance on our three-year-old air conditioning unit, which had been operating without issue prior to their visit. For the past three years, we had used another company for regular maintenance without any problems but decided to try a new provider. Immediately following their routine maintenance visit, our previously functioning unit failed, and the compressor was found to be grounded. There was no proactive communication from Cool Concepts regarding the problem. We were forced to initiate multiple follow-up calls to understand what had occurred. The company's handling of the situation was unprofessional, and communication was severely lacking. Independent inspections by several other HVAC companies have since confirmed the extent of the damage. We also have time-stamped security footage documenting the timeline of events surrounding the service and subsequent failure. Based on our experience, I strongly caution against using Cool Concepts. Following their routine maintenance visit, we were left with a non-operational unit and are now facing approximately $2,500 in repair costs. Prior to their service, the system had been working properly without any indication of malfunction.

  Thank you to Ian and his crew. Very friendly, quick, and efficient service. Ian was able to schedule an HVAC replacement very quickly. From initial inspection, to scheduling a replacement, financing, and installation was less than a week. Removing and installing the new system was very quick as well, it was shorter than estimated. His crew did a great job and our family is very grateful for their service! Highly recommend.

  Air conditioning Las Vegas ... Cool Concepts is who you need to call. Our air wasn't working this morning and it is supposed to be 113! I called and they were out here quite quickly and best of all it was just a small part. The significant thing about this in my view is that I wouldn't know what the problem is ... I just needed it fixed. Bottom line: They are honest and cost-effective. I would recommend them to anyone!
