- CLCuong LaSep 5, 20261.0Expect 0 service. There is zero communication after you make payment. Warren Kiwin, the sales rep extremely rude and not helpful. Had question regarding carpet install, sent text and no response. The carpet installation was horrible. 2 unprofessionas rolled out carpet in front yard ontop of all dirt and who knows what. The install was poor quality corners are not tight, some carpet coming up. I would stay 1000 yards away from Carpets N More.
- KPKerri PentecostJul 25, 20181.0Terrible rude employees, suppose to be fun when u go to the design center for your new home. Our lady was unpleasant and not helpful. Actually tried arguing. If u have a choice pick a different company for your flooring and cabinets
- TTTasteful TravelsJun 27, 20181.0Horrible Customer Service!! very unorganized and unhelpful. I went in to purchase a 6 foot x 12 foot piece of carpet. I was told it would be available within the hour then was told it would be ready the next morning by 10am. Nobody called me to confirm the carpet was ready so I called to check and got the run around for another full day with no firm answer the carpet is or is not ready. I have left several messages for a guy named Shawn in the Warehouse asking about the carpet with no answer or return call. I just called and asked the location that I ordered from and the warehouse if the carpet is ready but no one seems to know and no one seems to even care to find out. Do NOT do business with these people. Support good companies with good customer service 😡😡😡
