  I had a very positive experience with Caribbean Heating and Cooling. Romer Calderin was punctual, professional, knowledgeable, and very easy to communicate with from beginning to end. He took the time to listen carefully to my questions and concerns, explain the different HVAC systems and available options in a clear and understandable way, and provide honest, helpful guidance. He was patient, respectful, and never made me feel rushed or pressured during the conversation. I especially appreciated Romer’s transparency and the way he focused on helping me better understand my system and the options available to me. His professionalism, knowledge, and friendly personality made the entire experience comfortable and informative.   AC stopped cooling at 8:30 on a Saturday night. Found Caribbean, and Romer was here within half an hour. Had the issue diagnosed and fixed within another half hour. Super friendly, explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, and gave us options if something went wrong in the future. Pricing was very reasonable and will definitely be our go to from now on! Can't thank you enough!

  I am very happy with Caribbean Heating and Cooling. We back from vacation on Wednesday , June 10,2026 and our air conditioner was not cooling enough anymore. I make a phone call to Jason on Thursday, June 11, 2026 and he sent Christian to check the unit he explained to me an my husband that the unit have some major issues and he give us options to fixed or buy a new unit. We decided to purchase a new unit since my air conditioner was almost 20 years old. Christian talk to Romer Calderín and he came to our house to talk yo us about the situation. We are very happy with Romer Calderín because he install the new unit the same day and we are very thankful for that because the Friday, June 12 the weather was 107 degrees. And our new unit is working great. We definitely recommend Caribbean Heating and Cooling to our friends and family. For any repairs or any problems with the Air Conditioning.
