  Had Brazillian Pavers out to do my massive 5000 sqft circular driveway. The pavers look decent but I had them install new bypasses under the driveway and to do so they disconnected my exisiting landscape lights which were beautiful, and all functioning. They didn’t reconnect them right and I had to ask multiple times for them to fix them before they left because this is a county island and there are no street lights, so it’s a safety and security issue. They finally fixed them and they worked four days and stopped again, right at the same location at the first bypass. The first half work, the rest do not. I have called and spoken to people in person at least ten times and have been promised by Mark, Leslie and others that they would fix them. They pretend to have called or come out, but I have cameras and no missed calls. I had them out to do another small area thinking they would make things right while here and in that visit their estimator Mark, promised me they’d fix them when they came out. They came and the guys that were here said they didn’t know anything about it and wouldn’t fix it. I have been without lights on the front of my house now for 3 months or more. These people cannot be trusted. Be very very careful if you use them and don’t WAIT a couple weeks before you give them the final payment to make sure things are as they should be because regardless what you are told they do NOT warranty their work, they will break things and refuse to fix it and say it wasn’t in scope. They absolutely took the electrical apart and now refuse to put it back together right. I highly suspect they didn’t wrap it right and that it’s an easy fix but they just can’t be bothered, even after I told them my neighbor brought me mail one evening and fell because she couldn’t see. They take no pride in their work, and they have zero concept of customer service.

  Brazilian Pavers completely transformed our backyard, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. Our original pavers around the pool were beautiful but had begun to settle. BP removed every paver, rebuilt the base properly, and installed gorgeous travertine tile in their place. The difference is stunning — the entire area looks brand new, elegant, perfectly level and now has proper drainage. We’ll be including photos because the craftsmanship truly speaks for itself. Alan’s knowledge and guidance throughout the project made a huge difference. He clearly knows his craft, explains everything with confidence, and makes you feel like your project is in the best possible hands. His crew showed the same level of professionalism — their attention to detail was outstanding, and they worked with precision from start to finish. The team was hard working and reliable every single day. They arrived when they said they would, stayed on schedule, and kept the project on budget. They also left the job site spotless at the end of each day, which our HOA really appreciated. The office staff was just as impressive — responsive, accommodating, and easy to work with. Brazilian Pavers delivered exactly what they promised and more. We give them our highest recommendation and would trust them again without hesitation

  Pavers were put on 2 driveways and a walkway. They came out beautiful.
