  I had the company come out today and do a service on my air-conditioning unit. The technician was on time he was incredibly polite, and he was very patient and answering all of my questions when he was done. It’s obvious he was very knowledgeable about the job that he was doing and was able to explain everything in a fashion that made it easy for me to understand. There was no high-pressure sales push just information so I can make the best decisions based on recommendations that he offered. I really liked my technician (Victor Gonzalez) and if things continue this way, this will be my company going forward. I highly recommend Bob’s Repair.

  Bob's team are a bunch of professionals. I first contacted them on a Friday after our ac unit was blowing warm air and after swapping out a capacitor did nothing. I contacted them through their website and received a callback within 10 minutes. They were able to have a technician visit within a 4 hour window. Ron was the technician who was friendly and thorough in seeing what the issue was with our condenser. He provided a couple of solutions one was to fix a leak on the 25yr old unit for about 3k (mainly replacing the missing Freon was why it was high) or replace the system for 15k to 14k. He was not pushy about us weighing our options and was willing to answer any questions. We decided on the new system which they could install next day. Ron made sure to walk us through what we would get with our quote and made sure that we were ok with everything before signing anything. On Saturday, Bob's team of Danny, Edgar, and Crane gentleman showed up promptly at 830am. Danny and Edgar both introduced themselves before setting up shop and stepping into our house. They made sure to ask what flooring we had and took any precautions to lay a tarp to not leave a mess. They took out our old system and craned in the new unit quick and easy. Removal and installation took close to 8-9 hours on Saturday followed by a Sunday visit for about 3 hours because they needed to install a part that was at their warehouse. The new unit works and a huge improvement from our 25 year old unit so thank you Bob's for a great experience and wonderful workmanship!

  Ron was excellent! He came well within my appointment window. He performed our A/C system maintenance and changed our filters for us as well. I appreciated that he put booties on before entering my house without me asking him to. Bob’s Maintenance has been great to work with over the years. They are honest and we are glad we decided to sign up with the maintenance plan since the Vegas heat can bring about issues.

  We were recommended Bob’s by several people, so we got four quotes for two 4-ton full system replacements. They were very competitive (though not the cheapest), but what stood out was how thorough their quote was—it gave me confidence there wouldn’t be any surprises. That turned out to be exactly the case. They also committed to putting a larger team on the job so everything could be completed in a single day before my young daughter went to bed, which we really appreciated. Jathan and Danny led the installation and were fantastic. The whole crew was professional, efficient, and clearly took pride in their work. They even added extra pavers since the new condensers were larger, and everything was finished very neatly. The installation itself was very thorough—they carried out proper pressure testing, flushed the existing line sets, and completed a full system walkthrough at the end. They also included two of the latest smart thermostats and gave me a full walkthrough as part of the install (I could have chose to keep using my Ecobees). The house was left spotless, and the team couldn’t have been easier to work with. Jordan came back the next day to replaster, texture, and paint the ceiling where access was needed, and the finish was excellent.   It's been about 6 weeks now since I had my new AC installed. Wanted to wait until I actually had to use it before writing a review. My old unit would not have lasted me through another hot summer, so I decided to replace it before this years heat comes back. I contacted three different companies to get some quotes.. There are very big price differences between companies out there, even for the same unit. Matthew from Bob's Repair came and explained everything from beginning to end to me, everything the company has to offer. Then he did a very thorough check of my existing unit hook-up to see how it would compare with the new unit. Since none of the other companies climbed on my roof and checked my attic, I anticipated yet another sticker shock. And I got it!! In a good way though. Matthew worked his magic and with every discount he was able to give me, the job came in $5,000 less than a competitor's price for the same unit. What a deal. Plus, I now have one of them fancy thermostats that I can control with my phone :) Included with Bob's deal, extra at the competitor. I excepted the proposal on a Friday late afternoon and by Thursday at noon I had my new AC installed and working. Shout out to Gia who worked hard with his partner to get the AC up and running. I was stunned to find out that it was only those two young men you got this job done. Way to go. Very impressive. I can't say enough about the professionalism this company puts forward from beginning to end. They promise great customer service, great deals and they deliver 100%. If you are looking for a replacement, or just a servicing of your AC unit, do you research, get quotes from different companies, but don't forget to make Bob's Repair one of them. You won't regret it. All those 5 star ratings on Google is well deserved.
