  Wow. I called Bob's repair with an A/C issue on the hottest day of the year. Rances Reveles was at my house within 25 minutes. He quickly determined the issue and commenced with the repair. I am a member of their Family Plan... it's worth every penny.

  On July 5th 2026, we reached out Bob's repair for an issue we had with our AC unit. Anna scheduled for Tecnician to look it out. Mauro Hernandez showed up on time. Very respectful and humble. He found out the issue immediately and fixed it. We are very much happy with the service rendered to us. I recommended them. They are reliable.

  Nice tech, same day service, insultingly high price. I was quoted $550 to replace a capacitor on our Goodman unit, and offered a membership three times to lower the price, but still end up at a $600 bill for the day. I declined and paid the $89 service call without him even looking at the whole system. I called a smaller company and they did the replacement for $175 two hours later and inspected the rest of the system. Save your money, go elsewhere.

  I have been a customer from Bobs for years, and have sent the many friends as customers. Frideric could ask Catherine but she is not there anymore.Anyway I did my annual maintenance today and the tech told me my capacitor was getting close to out of range and I told him you guys just changed it a little over a year ago and he looked it up and said it did not have a warranty, so I asked for the price and he quoted $.425.00 are you kidding for a $.40.00 part and about 10 minutes to put it in... that is ridiculous. I am seriously considering changing my loyalty !

  Had an inspection of systems from Bobs. A annual inspection showed a low refrigerant in one system and a near failing condenser fan in another. OK. Authorized repairs. I was not here when this work was finished, and I have no issue at all with the technician and work performed. He was professional. I agreed to all of the work. But I regret now not doing additional homework on the cost. A one pound 410a add should cost more like $100 at the high end all in. Easy to find on google or Yelp), given you can get a 25 lb Jug in the range of $250. And yes, there is labor and overhead in that , but for for a 30 minute job $325 seems excessive. I also was able to source the replacement fan motor with an identical Lennox model# from a number of sources- from around $200. Again, that doesn’t include labor. So if I’m generous, you got $300 in parts, add 20% for miscellaneous. And yes, I get that there is ‘Bob’s guarantee’ and you have overhead, but an 1800+ bill for less than two labor hours of work, make it 3 with travel time and even at 150 per hour - and maybe 450 in parts and material -the total markup at 2x is to me excessive. Plus your billing is deficient in the level of detail so it’s even hard to understand how you could add it up to that much. My wife paid the bill of course, but with these prices even though the service is good I won’t be using or recommending Bobs for repairs in the future. I’ll do my homework.
