  Dustin from the AC side of the business came out for the annual inspection and was great. He took his time actually talking to me like a person and not just a cash cow in the waiting. He was thorough, and respectful of my property and concerns. I only docked a star because he said he'd send us the pictures he took with the estimate, but we haven't gotten those pictures yet. I would absolutely ask for Dustin to come back again. --- Update, the company saw this review and made sure we got the images I was expecting. I appreciate their customer service.

  I contacted these guys for an emergency situation where our AC went out in the middle of the night. My 1 year old had a horrible night and we were really desperate. The professionalism and sense of urgency of the company was great. Upon calling me back which wasn't a very long wait, they had a guy at my door in 31 minutes. I absolutely appreciated the effort and punctuality of Andre and Roman. Next time I need HVAC services, I'm absolutely considering them, especially in an emergency situation.

  I had a previous company come to replace a hvac unit and never mentioned anything about a new duct system. Called Best and told them about the issues spoke with Jackie and she had someone respond fast. One of the tech's Jeremy came to assess the situation he was very knowledgeable, thorough and professional. The 3 other techs that came to do the duct system Erik, Jose, and Javier were great. I would highly recommend this company in need of any service.

  We had an a/c unit installed on our house 3 years ago by a different company. In a matter of only 3 years that model died due to it being subpar installed by less than competent repairmen. Luckily Best Heating, Air Conditioning and Plumbing swooped in to save the day. They were timely, professional, upfront, and efficient. Within two days of initial inspection, we now have a brand new, top of the line unit installed and already cooling our house down. The difference is night and day and we are so grateful to Best for their professionalism. It’s been an incredibly long week and they helped make it bearable. Thank you. Javier did a phenomenal job. P.S. It asks how their pricing is. It was expensive but they worked with us to achieve a palatable price. Anything expensive wasn’t on them. The equipment is simply not cheap. Nature of the business.

  I called this company to have my ac unit repaired when it failed randomly in the middle of this Las Vegas heat. Their tech was terrific and discovered that my 20 year old unit was beyond repair so we went ahead and decided to replace it. The day that the install team showed up I was floored at how professional and talented the team was. Especially the crew’s lead installer Demetrius! I can’t say that I’ve ever experienced such an amazing and painless home improvement process. They were done in no time and were incredibly thorough. Meech is a genuine master of his craft and an even better customer service representative. Give that man a raise!!!
