  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Huge shoutout to Charles at BEST Air Conditioning Plumbing Repair! Our AC went out late at night, and with the heat, it was miserable. Charles showed up after hours, quickly diagnosed the problem as a bad capacitor, swapped it out, and had our air conditioning running again in no time. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what had happened. Most importantly, he saved my family from spending the night sweating and let us sleep in sweet, cold peace. If you need an honest, dependable HVAC technician who goes above and beyond, ask for Charles. Excellent service from start to finish. Highly recommend!

  I have a few concerns dating from 2022 when $11,000 HVAC system was delivered with a large dent on one side, being naive I allowed them to install with an employee saying they’d replace it with a new panel. Long story short, after install it started hissing and they had to remove it with the crane, rescheduling delivery of a unit that wasn’t CLEARLY damaged. More recently had two appts. rescheduled on day of appts. due to ‘emergencies’.I believe their technicians are proficiently skilled but that their overriding interest is selling product or repair.

  They arrived quickly to asses my AC issues. Had a new compressor i stalled within a few days. Some other issues came up like a failing actuator on a damper and the control board for the zoning system. They found a compatible replacement for both and installed them a week later. These were expensive repairs, at least they arebfor me. Financing is available through them which is the route i had to go. Could have gotten a better interest rate if i had time to secure my own loan but time was of the essence. Thank you Best for getting my house cool again.

  I had an excellent experience with the two HVAC technicians Dustin and Chad who came to service my AC today. They were both extremely professional, knowledgeable, patient, and friendly throughout the entire visit. They performed a very thorough inspection of my system, carefully checking the refrigerant pressure, refrigerant level, evaporator coil, blower motor, and other components to make sure everything was working properly. They took the time to explain their findings clearly, answered all of my questions, and provided helpful maintenance tips without ever making me feel rushed. I truly appreciate their honesty. They didn’t try to recommend any unnecessary repairs and honestly told me that my system is currently operating normally. That gave me a lot of peace of mind. Thank you both for your outstanding service, professionalism, and kindness. They are a great representation of the company, and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing HVAC service.

  I can’t say enough good things about Ron and the entire team. We discovered that our water main had a leak, and hearing that news was incredibly stressful. Even better, they’re able to get the repair started quickly so my family can get our water service back as soon as possible.
