  We needed to redo our entire home with Berber carpet and Paradigm waterproof flooring, so we met with three highly rated flooring companies in Las Vegas. The first gave us a verbal estimate that seemed fine, but they never followed up. The second came in about four thousand dollars cheaper, but the owner didn’t seem comfortable with fair terms and actually suggested we look elsewhere. Oddly enough, that turned out to be good advice. We called Beno’s next. They came to the house the same day, measured in under fifteen minutes, and sent a full quote within three hours. Their price was six thousand dollars less than the second company, and their professionalism made the decision easy. Carpet installation was fast — just a few hours (about a half day), furniture moved in and out with no issues. The hard flooring took six full days plus a half day for finishing, and as homeowners we learned that proper hard‑floor installation is a real process. You may need to sleep away from home for a few nights; in our case, lifting the existing hard floor created a demo environment that wasn’t enjoyable. Being present to ask questions and guide the work helped, and I had to take time off, which made a difference. Honestly, this was physically demanding for both the contractor and the homeowner. It’s hard work, not magic, that makes this happen. It felt like moving the entire house out and back in again, but the results were worth it. Meeting three contractors showed us the wide range of costs and the confidence you feel after each interaction. Reviews help, but meeting the people matters more. After twenty years since our last remodel, prices have gone up, but Beno’s delivered exactly what they promised — on time, on budget, and with installers who clearly knew their craft.

  I had an incredible carpet purchasing and installation experience with Beno’s Carpet Shop! The super nice folks made it so easy and their orices are very affordable!! I couldn’t have gotten a better deal if I tried…and I did !! Beno’s couldn’t be beat on price, time or the perfect installation the guys did!! Professional and exemplary work!! I couldn’t be happier!! So if you don’t believe me, check them out for yourself!! You’ll be glad you did!! I promise!! Highly recommended!! I love the whole package!! I love to just stop in for a quick visit if I’m in the area!! Love them!!

  Love Beno’s Flooring! They did an amazing job. I had tile put in my kitchen and bathrooms. They did a beautiful bathroom shower as well in my master. Made me a custom bench to sit on to enjoy the steam option I have for my shower. The luxury vinyl plank in my main living area is so seamless, the pattern is perfect. Carlos did the vinyl plank install. He is so professional and so knowledgeable. Francisco did our tile and it was so gorgeous. He is the reason I ended up deciding on the shower bench. His knowledge on the best way to lay the tile in my kitchen to complement the luxury vinyl plank pattern was amazing! My home now looks like it belongs on an HGTV episode! I am beyond happy with the material and the labor. Lastly and the entire reason I chose Beno’s Flooring out of everyone I received quotes from Angela. From the time she came to my home to complete the measure to the end she was so helpful, always a phone call or text away and made the process the least amount of stress for a home improvement project I could have asked for. Brining samples with her during the measure based off our phone conversation. Same day quote and materials that were in stock and available for delivery when we needed it. I was on a deadline and they not only met it but exceeded it!!!! I cannot thank everyone at Beno’s enough for everything! You will always be the company I refer for flooring needs. Thank you all so much! 😊

  What a great experience!! Staff was very kind and helpful. Our floors came out beautiful. We couldn't be more happier. Definitely will have Beno's do our bedrooms when we get them done. Thank you so much 💗

  From beginning to end, the project was smooth and on schedule. The staff was pleasant and easy to work with. I will definitely use them for my next flooring project. Highly recommend!
