  Super happy with our floors! They ripped up the old carpet and a couple patches of tile, then installed lvp and new baseboards. They were so fast (done in less than a day for approx 700 square feet) and it’s done beautifully. Ella and Julian were a pleasure to work with. Great communication and great service.

  Ella, from Anchor House Improvements, went above and beyond to keep a customer happy. The company came out to install LVP and was happy with the install. Some years later there was some damage that came up and they came out and fixed it and made it look like nothing ever happened. Very pleased with both the initial install and the fix that was recently done. Would recommend this company.

  I love, love, LOVE my new floors!!! It's seamless throughout my condo, I love it. They finished the kitchen, living room, dining room, & bedrooms in 1 day!!!

  Ella, Julian, and crew did a fine job installing our new floor. The crew was quick, clean, and skillful in all aspects of the work, with attention to workmanship. From Ella' s quote to when the last of the crew walked out the door, it was as very smooth process with no surprises. Highly recommend AHI/IME for your floor jobs.

  I most highly recommend Anchor House Improvements. After I chose the floor product (luxury vinyl planks), they handled everything from estimating, ordering and transporting of materials through completed installation and clean up. The owners stayed fully engaged through every aspect of the work. My floors and stairs are absolutely perfect. They were very knowledgeable and professional - a real pleasure to work with. I would definitely hire them again for any type of flooring or tiling needs.
