  Very professional operation. It started with Ella immediately coming out to measure and quote the work. She was very responsive throughout the project and answered all of our questions. Then Julian and the crew being punctual and working extremely hard. They finished the entire home in just 2 days. Highly recommend Anchor House for your flooring needs.

  The installation of my bathroom floor was a wonderful, painless experience. The young men were friendly, neat, an did a super job. I would ask for them again in a hart beat for any future projects, they can be very proud of their work, they know what they're doing .And the young lady who did the measuring and the sale was delightful and a pleasure to deal with.

  Great company to work with from start to finish. Ella came ( on time) to do our measurements. Thorough and accurate. Given a written estimate for labor that same day! Then coordinated with Floor and Decor rep (Brie) to order all materials, right down to every detail, and sent a complete written order form as well. Day of installation crew arrived on time to demo. Moved furniture and carpet while another picked up supplies.Entire process took only a little over 4 hours!! After they left I noticed one corner area that I felt needed to be done differently. I called Ella ( who responded immediately even though she was out of town… it was a Saturday). She had a man back at my house in 20 minutes to take care of it. I’d give them 10 STARS if I could. Sidenote: another impressive thing that made me extremely comfortable. They only charged me a 10% down payment for labor and didn’t require the balance until a day AFTER the job was completed.

  The hardwood stairs in our home had become scratched, dull, and worn down after years of heavy use, so we hired this company to refinish them along with the upstairs landing. The team carefully sanded, stained, and sealed everything with impressive attention to detail, especially around edges and railings. Compared to how the stairs looked before, the transformation honestly made the entire entryway feel newer and more polished. The workers were respectful of the house and kept dust surprisingly controlled throughout the project. We’ve received multiple compliments already, and the stairs now look far more elegant and well-maintained overall.
