  Mark was excellent showed me everything that was wrong with my garage door My garage sounds so much better than the way it did at first. Did the repairs in and out in no time and on a Sunday as well.

  Mark is an exceptional garage door technician he explained everything step by step then after his inspection selected the most critical areas that need immediate attention we addressed those issues and it was a very smooth and professional job Mark is easy to talk to and he speaks clearly and you can understand what he's telling you very good experience

  This is my third experience with A1 Garage Door Service and they never disappoint. Christopher came to do my annual maintenance and did a great job and explaining everything to me and I purchased another annual maintenance plan. Nobody beats A1 Garage Door Service.

  In my opinion, A1 Garage Services in Las Vegas provided one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment the technician arrived, the entire interaction felt more like a high‑pressure sales pitch than a service call. The sales tactics were aggressive and uncomfortable. I felt pushed and pressured to approve expensive repairs and “urgent” add‑ons without being given real time to think, ask questions, or compare options. Every objection seemed to be met with more pressure, fear‑based explanations, and repeated attempts to upsell. What bothered me most was the feeling that I was being cornered into saying yes instead of being helped to make an informed decision. Rather than explaining things calmly and respectfully, the approach felt forceful and dismissive, as if declining wasn’t an acceptable option. I expected professionalism and transparency. Instead, I left the experience feeling stressed, unhappy, and taken advantage of. Based on my experience, I would not recommend A1 Garage Services to anyone who values respectful service, honest communication, and the freedom to decide without pressure.

  Shan was a true professional and an outstanding person. He treated me with respect and listened to what my intentions were with my garage. I have a really old garage door that is really heavy , so I intend to enclose the garage into another room so I didn’t want to spend a lot of money on it . He listened to my concerns and agreed how to proceed. He did a great job installing a new garage door opener . A very awesome person who is welcomed at my home anytime.
