  Jeremy is VERY knowledgeable and beyond helpful. He REALLY knows his stuff. My garage door opener would not work today so I called A1 and they sent me Jeremy right away. He was able to get my garage door opener replaced and also helped me decide on brand new doors since mine are approximately 30 years old . I am so excited because they are getting installed tomorrow morning!! Thank you A1 for sending Jeremy my way!!

  Our garage door spring broke on saturday afternoon, so my husband called, and was able to get an appointment the following afternoon, sunday. It was the first company we both thought of, since we see the commercials every morning. And also got the coupons in the mail, the Val-pak, for the past few months. Juan showed up and was very nice (before that he called to let us know that he was on the way). He took the time to discuss all of our Options. There was the spring with the five year guarantee and there was the proprietary spring with the lifetime guarantee (does not transfer ownership). He also gave us pricing on one spring and two springs. He showed us the two options in springs and we could see the red one, which was the proprietary spring, was quite substantial. He showed us the discounts, as well, on the pricing. He was up front about the pricing, the options, and we appreciated him being honest and transparent. He also did mention if something was worth using, he would not until he got in there to inspect everything. Also, if some parts needed replacing, he would make recommendations. He was not pushy, but instead, showed us all of the options that were available and applied the discounts. The service fee was waived because we went ahead with the repair. Also did mention a payment plan. Excellent service, on the telephone, and in person, with Juan, the technician. He is very knowledgeable. Thank You to this Company, thank you for sending Juan, and we will be recommending your company as well as Juan to all of our neighbors in our community.

  Jeremy came in for a tune up. Professional to a T, hard working, honest, good with animals and doesn't push anything down your throat, only recommends. Due to cost comparisons on old 20 year garage door parts for repair to new, best decision was to get a new garage door opener and door A1 definitely takes care of their active duty and retired veterans. 10000% recommend and ask for Jeremy if you can!

  I've used A-1 before and both times were great to deal with. Kyle Haines was awesome. When he called me to tell me he was almost at my house, he asked me if I wanted any coffee... who does that? Kyle, the nicest damn guy ever, that's who. He was clear and explained everything that was wrong with my door. He didn't seem like he was trying to sell me extra crap and got the job done in a timely manner.He's probably the nicest guy I've met in a long time. Hire more Kyles.

  I backed into my garage door thinking it completely opened. I panicked. I called A1 on a Sunday afternoon, and in an hour Adonis came to fix it. He also sends you a text message that he is on his way, and you can track his distance to where he’s at. He is a pleasant and nice person , so knowledgeable and so thorough, honest, and quick to take care of each problem. I had one side off the tracks, all bent, and other issues. He actually assessed the condition of my entire garage, and he sees everything. He is a young guy who is passionate about his job and I appreciate him and A1. This company is a keeper!
