- LWL WilsonSep 14, 20265.0A-1 was fantastic! Every person was professional, patient, and friendly. The new AC/Heat system is worth it.
- RMRonald MartinSep 10, 20265.0Our AC technician was David G. Our date of service was 9-10-26 1. He performed all of his tasks in a very professional manner. 2. He is a courteous man who seems to love his career and his customers. I couldn't say enough good things about him. 3. He explained what he found to be the problem, let us know that the office would provide an estimate of the repairs (and the estimate did not change upon final performance of all his tasks to fix the HVAC system) 4. He was the individual who came back the following day to repair our AC unit. 5. He took before and after pictures and at the end of his visit showed me what was in need of repair and how it was corrected. 6. He also provided no hard sell on additional regular routine maintenance but let me know that the office could provide a quote on regular maintenance service should I decide to go that route. I would recommend A-1 Mechanical & Electrical for any HVAC quote and subsequent repair. Ron Martin N. Las Vegas
- HRharun rashidSep 8, 20261.0Scheduled an appointment previous week within 4 hour timeframe and reconfirmed it . No one showed up. It was complete waste of my time.
- SPStacey PuzachAug 20, 20265.0Luis and David were so nice and they took the time to explain things to me as well. I had general A/C maintenance and an inspection completed. I also signed up for a preventative maintenance plan and filter change which is quarterly and they also serviced the dryer vent. They went into the attic to check the furnace as welI. I would definitely recommend A1 Mechanical and Electric!
- HAHugo “bluesteel90” AlcalaAug 18, 20265.0We had an amazing experience from the initial consultation / quote . Ramon gave us several options and recommendations. His team which included Carlos and his helper did an amazing job on the installation which was done very quick and very neatly!!. I would recommend A-1 mechanical to everyone who needs HVAC repairs or installation.
