  Buyer Beware! This company worked fast and represented that all mold in our home had been mitigated. Their sister company, Gurr Brothers Construction (same ownership) sheet rocked and painted over the affected areas. Soon mold reappeared, certified as the toxic type. Their work had to be done over by more reputable companies. Most disturbing was how 24 Hour Flood Pros sales and ownership located in Phoenix "ghosted" us regarding their work or refund. These are apparently not honorable folks. Simply, they will not guarantee their work and showed no concern or regret over misrepresenting leaving a proven toxic substance in our home. We suggest Ammco Restoration and Nevada Mold Testing Inc. for reputable work.

  We had water damage and called Flood Pros. Will was the one who came out to handle it. From start to finish, the whole experience was handled professionally. Will showed up on time, walked us through exactly what needed to be done, and worked efficiently without cutting corners. He was clear about the process, answered all our questions, and made a stressful situation a lot easier to deal with. Will left everything clean and dry, and communication throughout was excellent. Highly recommend 24 Hour Flood Pros, and ask for Will if you can — professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with.
