  I had a major water leak happen in the middle of the night and water was getting everywhere. I was honestly stressed out and didnt know how bad the damage was going to be. I called them late at night and they actually came out right away. When they got here they checked where all the water had spread, started getting everything under control and explained what needed to be done. They were at my house for a while making sure the water was taken care of and that nothing was being missed. I really appreciated that they didnt rush through the job, especially being so late at night. Having someone actually show up in the middle of the night and take care of everything was a huge relief. Great people and great service, I would definitely call them again if I ever had another water damage emergency.

  I was very happy with this company and highly recommend them! Josh was quick to respond and very communicative throughout the entire process . He was friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of mitigation… including insurance! He saved us a lot of money and hassle by moving fast ….getting our wood floors /drywall dried out thoroughly resulting in saving our floors. Thanks for the great flood rescue and customer service!! 👍

  Five stars. I had a flood in my house and Water Damage Professionals took care of everything quickly and professionally. They handled all the repairs and honestly left things better than they were before. Great communication, on time, and super respectful. Highly recommend.

  This company is amazing, and Josh was such a pleasure to work with. Him and his team were thorough, great communication, and answered all the questions we had. Of course these types of situations are always nerve wracking due to cost but they eased our mind and helped us through the claims process. I would recommend this company to anyone! Thank you again Josh and team for all your help :)

  Had a really good experience with 24 Hour Flood Pros. These guys are the real deal. They were easy to work with, knew what they were doing, and didn’t make things more complicated than they needed to be. You can tell they’ve been doing this a long time. Over 18 years in business definitely shows. Good people, professional service, and they handled everything the way you’d hope. Definitely recommend them if you’re in Las Vegas and need flood or water damage work done. 5-STAR service all day
