- BCBeth CJul 2, 20265.0Rafael and Bodie five stars This was the first time using this company. It was a second opinion after the first company quoted me $1300 with astronomical labor costs. The unit is under warranty too. I then reached out to Ambient Edge they came this morning. They fixed the unit for $200. I was so pleased with them that I bought the yearly membership. We have another HOME and I will be switching over that property too. The previous company we used, I’ve been with them five years so you have to treat your customers better. This company was wonderful. I highly recommend them. Rafael and (Bodie was in training.) Very very, very nice knowledgeable professional employees.

He explained what he was going to do and immediately went about his business. He explained his findings to me and asked if I had any questions. He also went over some suggestions for future maintenance needs. He made the whole process easy. I would recommend him and Ambient Edge to everyone.
