  Rafael was the technician that was assigned, he had worked on our AC unit previously so he was a welcome sight. He diagnosed the issue quickly and explained everything thoroughly. In addition Rafael has great customer service skills which is hard to come by today. I hope he is the tech that comes out the next time we need help

  We have been with Ambient Edge for the past four years in Henderson and were VIP members. We had been generally happy with their bi-annual service visits, minus the fact they always tried to get you to upsell us on something large or small. At our last visit, they tried to tell us that oru duct work needed to be replaced and strung us along to at least get a quote, which ended up being an arm and a leg and sounded ridiculously overpriced. We got a second opinion that said our duct work didn't need to be replaced. When we got the VIP membership, one of the selling points was they claimed they would unclog a drain once a year for free-- but when we called to get a drain unclogged, they told us they don't do that in the Vegas area, that's only in Arizona. But the thing that finally pushed us over the edge (pun!) to cut ties with them was when our themostat went out in the evening and we called to schedule an after-hours visit so we wouldn't have a miserable sweltering hot night. The first time we called, we didn't get a human operator, instead we got an AI. The AI, in a kind of creepy voice and fake background noise like she was in the office, sympathized with the heat but said the earliest they could schedule an appointment was the next day between 8 and 12. That didn't seem like 24/7 service, so we re-checked the website. Their website says they have 24/7 emergency service, but points you to a different number. We called that. We got the same AI agent. We asked for a live agent. The live agent, which I wasn't even totally sure was a live agent, told us they would call the dispatch team to see if anyone was available, and they would call us back. Otherwise, they would send someone at the 8-12 appointment. We didn't get a call back, to make an appointment or to confirm no one was available. We called around to another company that had a real 24/7 emergency service instead of an AI bot and we are cancelling our VIP membership with Ambient Edge.

  My only complaints was when they removed the old a/c unit, they sat it down on the wood floor, scratching them. They needed to lay something underneath that kind of equipment. And my second complaint is that one of the workers sat down in a chair to do paperwork and left it super dirty from his work clothes. He was just climbing around in the attic. The chair was covered in thick brown dust. Not professional.

  Excellent service from start to finish! The technician Jardiel was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and arrived on time. He took the time to explain everything clearly, worked efficiently, and made sure the job was done right. I really appreciated his attention to detail and great customer service. I would definitely recommend this technician to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality service.

  DO NOT CALL THEM! I had an appointment scheduled for 3 days and I get a call the morning of to say, sorry we are busy and need to reschedule? Are you kidding me? So my emergency isnt as big of an emergency as someone else? My AC is also not working. When we texted back we were offered a $25 discount. Lol! Really?!?!? Such a joke. Do not do it. Go with legit ANYONE ELSE! Whats sad is I have used them several times previously. So I am not a new customer. Which is probably why Im treated this way.
