- DSdavid schrader1 day ago5.0Blaine notified us that he was on his way and was here on time. He did a very thorough plumbing inspection and everything was fine. We did need a new anode rod for the water heater and Blaine took care of it. Blaine is very courteous and took the time to answer our questions. He is a very good technician and we would have given him a 10 star review but you only had 5 stars, Thank you Blaine

El técnico Rafael quien de verdad conoce su trabajo, te explica las opciones y consecuencias Por razones de salud *NO podíamos esperar 6 días para que trajeran la nueva unidad necesitábamos una solución aunque fuera provisional pero inmediata .Rafael empáticamente trató una y otra forma de solucionarnos el mismo día el problema que no era nada fácil Fue increíblemente ingenioso para solucionarnos el problema le tomó tiempo pero lo logró De verdad estamos muy satisfechos con la solución temporal pero inmediata que nos dio Es un problema de salud lo que estaba envuelto y su empatía encontró una solución ingeniosa .Rafael fue literalmente la extra milla Felicitaciones por tener empleados empaticos y profesionales que hacen todo lo posible e imposible por satisfacer las necesidades del cliente *La compañía nos mandaría aires acondicionados portables mientras nos traían la unidad pero era un hazard para los niños quienes tienen algunas limitaciones
