- JAJim AnsonAug 20, 20261.0Spring broke. The tech, Ryan assessed it and gave me an estimate for replacement. Seemed high but we wanted to get it taken care of. He worked on it for 10 minutes, taking it apart and came to me explaining how bad every part of the door is. He was selling me on a whole new door. The door price was $8,000. I ended up getting estimates from several other companies and replaced the springs and rollers, and cables. Just for curiosity I asked the other companies to price a full door. Several thousand less.

- NSN SarApr 25, 20261.0Very unprofessional. Website & Google states they are open 24 hours. Called on a Saturday morning to arrange urgent inspection. After navigating their AI answering service, I spoke to Alex who advised he would call the homeowner for verbal permission and then call me back to schedule an appointment. Afternoon rolls around and no calls from Alex. Called back and spoke with Nancy who put me on hold for 10 minutes then disconnected. Still no call back. If you work for a living or need to leave your home for any reason, do not rely on these folks to show up let alone answer the phone.

- RGR GMar 3, 20261.0I just needed my seal replaced on the bottom of the small garage door. The tech was nice, but this was a $29.95 and we’ll check your doors thing my wife saw on line. They came out and basically it’s an opportunity for them to sell you things that aren’t broken. The strip, a rubber strip, $311! No thanks. I had it done the next day for far less than half by Vegas Brothers Garage door. They came adjusted the spring on the main door and installed a new strip and were gone in an hour. I was disappointed in prices and up selling everything. Plus it was $29.95 per door. Like I said tech was nice personable but the call in general was unnecessary.
