Trenton arrived exactly when I expected him, and I was also given a courtesy call and a text 15 minutes prior to his arrival. I appreciate the professionalism and expertise that Trenton displayed in dealing with the annual maintenance service for my furnace. There is some necessary duct work to be done, and I am confident that Trenton will do a great job! Thank you to Trenton as well as Alyssa in the office. Great service, efficient billing and scheduling system. You’ve got a new loyal customer!

The prior occupant caused issues that required extensive cleaning and testing of the furnace as well as some requiring. The team was prompt and professional, explaining all the work involved and tested the furnace afterward to ensure it was in good working condition. They replaced my thermostat as well and demonstrated its operation. They left the worksite very clean. I am very satisfied with the results. I highly recommend them.
- JBJ BSep 24, 20261.0Stay away from this company. We used their services for gas and water at our pizza location on Lake Tahoe BLVD. They broke our lighting controller and refused to pay for it. The work they did on our water systems, sinks and drains needed to be fixed by another company as well as the light system that cost us an additional 7,000 total. They rarely showed up on time and some days when we need them they didnt show up at all. Terrible service, terrible quality of work and way overpriced for the work they did. If we could give zero stars we would. If you had a similar experience please do a review so others do not get caught up in this company bc you will be sorry like we were.
