  Fast, efficient and cordial service! I called this morning, and was able to have a new water heater installed this afternoon. The technician was very thorough and answered all my questions, and all of the paperwork was promptly sent via email at each step of the process. A happy customer!

  I have been using JackRabbit Plumbing for years to maintain and service my boiler in Tahoe (east shore), as well as for general plumbing issues. The service, communication and quality of work has always been outstanding. An honest, friendly and helpful team. Last month I decided to have a replacement boiler installed (for a very old system) along with new related hydronics and controls. The workmanship is outstanding and am looking forward to the winter with a new, more reliable system in place. I can't say enough about Tim, Scott, Christy and the entire team at JackRabbit. I highly recommend them!

  Douglas County had elevated the line pressure so much, the line pressure increased from 55 to above 90 psi. Kevin from JackRabbit Plumbing inspected the existing system to determine if any additional protection could be provided besides the existing PRF valve currently installed. His analysis was quick, exact and insightful. Our system is sufficiently protected, thank you Kevin!

  My sprinkler shut off valve decided not to open. This manual valve is 30" underground and was stuck shut. Kevin cut out the old cheap gate valve and drain then piped for the new self draining curb valve. Left the dirt open for three days to check for leaks before closing up. Kevin did a great job, no leaks. Would definitely use JackRabbit again , thanks Kevin.
