We had a little bit of trouble lining up for someone at Jackrabbit to come out, though once their back flow man was able to check out my situation he saved me from 2 weeks of turning the water on and off to my building daily. Seeing how badly it was leaking, they created time and space for me, got the part here much sooner than expected, and fixed it in such a timely manner. They were conscientious and respectful of any specifications/requests that I had. Great company I will definitely use them again!

Jackrabbit has been wonderful to work with! They helped to install a generator and did a great job. Highly recommended!

I used Jack Rabbit to replace 2 stop and waste valves. The existing valves and plumbing had been dug out and were exposed, requiring only minor digging to fully expose the second valve. Unfortunately, due to numerous failed attempts to get the job done without leaks, and having to wait for the water district employees to shut off the water after each attempt, a 1.5 to 2 hr job turned into a 5 hr affair. As a result, a job I thought would be about $700-750 turned into to a $1347 job. To be fair, Jack Rabbit did knock $390 off the bill, which I assume was due to the standby time waiting for the water district employees. In the end I’m satisfied with the end product. However, I have to say that I think the job was overpriced at $984.28.

Fast, efficient and cordial service! I called this morning, and was able to have a new water heater installed this afternoon. The technician was very thorough and answered all my questions, and all of the paperwork was promptly sent via email at each step of the process. A happy customer!

I have been using JackRabbit Plumbing for years to maintain and service my boiler in Tahoe (east shore), as well as for general plumbing issues. The service, communication and quality of work has always been outstanding. An honest, friendly and helpful team. Last month I decided to have a replacement boiler installed (for a very old system) along with new related hydronics and controls. The workmanship is outstanding and am looking forward to the winter with a new, more reliable system in place. I can't say enough about Tim, Scott, Christy and the entire team at JackRabbit. I highly recommend them!
