  Not sure if this company is still in business or not, or if my posting got erased. Probably the worst customer svc anyone could ever receive. Apparently from what I see online this company should be best. But far from it!!! Right after a quote I called about two weeks later and I talked to the lady. Super nice, all the promises and excuses in the world as to why I’m not hearing from the estimator. This was the only time I spoke to anyone with this company after the fact. She promised me I would get a call back cause he has been beyond busy. Me on the other hand,being patient for a few more weeks. Still No answers!! From the main number,( left messages about a quote they came out to bid) no calls back. Called the estimator numerous times, no emails, nothing from him either. I continued with calls to the office and to the estimator. Nothing!! Frustrating when a company makes you think they are the best (in fact they are far from it) and when they are definitely NOT gonna take care of you. Don’t waist your time with this company. I have been waisting mine for the past year

  The Backhoe Lady crew showed up when they said they would to give an estimate for the job and then to get the job done. The work they did on our washboard, bumpy and rutted dirt/gravel driveway is perfect and so smooth. It also withstood all of the recent rains. Well done!!!

  These people are true professionals. They dug out an old propane tank for me and smoothed my driveway. On time and on budget. Staff went the extra mile to make sure that I was satisfied with each part of the job. Very competent and nice folks to work with. I recommend them highly and would certainly use them again.

  Horrible! I hired them a second time to clear space for a second shed. I was called out of town for a funeral and they refused to reschedule. They screwed up royally, did not follow my instructions, I wanted land cleared and a graded path from my driveway to the shed door. They built a raised pad next to the driveway with no path. I had to cancel the shed, I cannot use the space as is. Cindy Waterworth refused to discuss remediation and when I withheld the balance due, she chose to place a lien, within days, rather than talk about fixing her error. Considering the first shed was done properly, and without my being present, I trusted her. That did not end well. Beware!
