  We recently had Always Construction Services replace six posts/columns at our entryway that were badly deteriorating. We needed to act quickly, but were not sure who we could trust to do the job right, so we were understandably apprehensive going in. Julian and his crew put us completely at ease. They were professional and communicative from start to finish, walking us through the best way to resolve the issue and patiently answering all of our questions along the way. The craftsmanship truly exceeded our expectations, and the new posts look beautiful and fit the character of our home perfectly. Danilo, Marco, and the rest of the crew worked efficiently and stayed longer than expected to keep things on track, and the entire area was spotless when they were done. It is rare to find a company and crew this skilled and this easy to work with, and we would recommend Always Construction Services without hesitation.

  Always Construction just completed work on building a stucco wall and door installation at my home in Eldorado. The owner Julian Moreno and his son Junior were both a pleasure to work with. Julian Senior has extensive construction experience and Junior is a computer design whiz. I have an eye for detail and they were as exacting in their work as I wanted and needed. They were very competitive and reasonable in their pricing and knocked out the work on schedule. Their crew was friendly and extremely talented and responded to my multiple requests with a respectful attitude. I have engaged three Santa Fe contractors to build stucco walls for me and Always is by far the best I have dealt with on this project. I will use their services again for future projects at my home and give them my highest recommendation. Jim Coronado

  Always Construction is excellent. They completed insulation, drywall and electrical work on a large garage in a week from start to finish with high quality work. Their team communicates very well and makes sure each step is handled well and is what I wanted to be done. Thank you!

  We hired Always Construction to remodel two bathrooms and we only had 5 weeks to get it all done. We also threw in an extra project! Removal of a fireplace kiva on our portal that did not work and blocked our view. We had guests coming on August 1 and the work began the last week of June. I was worried that we might not make the deadline, but the team worked 6 days a week to be sure they finished on time. The quality of the work was excellent. Every trade that we needed is part of Julian's (the owner's) crew and although they have more than one project going on at a time, they stayed on our project from the time it began until the time it ended. I don't think we had any day (except a Sunday) during the 5 weeks when there wasn't activity going on. They arrived early and worked late and cleaned up their mess as they went along. The supervisor on our job was Clarence, a retired general contractor who now works with Always to give estimates, communicate with the crew and make sure things run smoothly. The only complaint I had was that Clarence has lots of responsibilities at Always Construction, and sometimes he would be absent from our project on a day and at a time that it was important for him to be here to communicate instructions to the crew. When a mistake happened, Clarence made sure that it was corrected immediately. He genuinely cares about making the client happy, and he went above and beyond the call of duty to make that happen. We got several bids for the various parts of our project, and the prices that Always charged were sometimes right in line with what other contractors charge, and sometimes their prices were higher. But at the end of the day, the work was done extremely well and on time. We feel lucky to have found this company to do our work - and we are especially grateful to Clarence, Randy (a tile installer) and the plumber whose name I have forgotten but who really did a wonderful job... and of course the whole exterior team too. Julian has developed a large, hard-working and very talented team. Thank you!

  We hired Always Construction to rebuild our deck and cover it to match the esthetic of the house. We couldn’t be happier with the results. We mostly worked with Julian Jr., who provided the estimate and oversaw the build. He was professional, courteous and attentive to our questions. The workers were great as well. They were meticulous in their work. I would highly recommend Always Construction!!
