  I have old windows that needed new thermal pain windows. They were able to remove the old glass and install new glass.

  Shower door installed and glass on pony wall. Looks beautiful. Customer service was great. Person I spoke to for questions and scheduling was great. I forgot the name of the person who drove out an hour from Santa Fe for measurements but he was knowledgeable with the service and prompt to send me estimate. Installation was great also.

  Placed significant order for replacement of multiple commercial doors. Placed deposit down in February it is currently June and no doors. When I call to ask what the status is I have been greeted with rudeness and disrespect. They do not answer emails that I have sent. The sad part is that I used this company for another door replacement several years ago and it worked out beautifully, timely and professionally. What happened? I was warned by an acquaintance not to use Action Glass and Mirror for this job but I disregarded the advice due to my prior experience. Time to contact BBB and move on

  Action Glass has the products, skills, and staff to work on old as well as new windows. I've had great experiences but also one bad experience which was due to an employee's attitude towards my client. But Judy Salazar a co-owner is always available to make sure things run as they should.

  I had a single pane of storm window replaced. It was done professionally, timely, and the two workers were friendly.
