They are honest competent and they show up as scheduled. Recently Kyle fixed a toilet and a few months back replaced the water heater. Nice young man who does good work.

- DHDenis HolmesApr 21, 20265.0We had a 20,000 plus leak at our home in Ruidoso. We had to call Bonito River plumbing out on a Saturday. I talked to Billy who said, with genuine regret that that would be an overtime response. I told him we needed service as soon as possible to fix the problem so Village could turn on the water. Billy said that he would send someone out and if it was a major issue they would due the repair(s) on Monday at their usual rate, rather than the OT callout rate, which I appreciated. Plumber came out Saturday and it was a hose from the washer that had burst. He purchased a new hose, repaired the problem and found no other leaks. Village then came out to turn on water. Don’t know for sure but I think we we moved up on the list Saturday to come out and immediately fix the problem. I am extremely happy with the service we received and hope to never have to call them again. BUT if we do have a Plumbing problem I will immediately call them. If I could guve them 10 stars I would. Great company, great people to work with.

They showed up when they said they would, were very knowledgeable, and had it fixed in no time. And Makenna in the office, was very courteous and pleasant with helping me get my problem solved.
