  Garry Pope was my inspector. Extremely professional and courteous. It turns out I had a roofing problem which is not what the Company handles. However, Garry was extremely knowledgeable and experienced to guide me with future solutions. I am very Grateful for his help! I highly recommend!!!

  "Pistol Pete" Nguyen was amazing. He was very patient, analyzed our situation, and was able to give us friendly and professional guidance to fix our problem. He called ahead to let us know he was coming, arrived on time, and was super prepared. He had an iPad with photos and videos that helped explain and clarify his recommendations. He's as honest and straightforward as they come, and we are so glad we called Groundworks and Pistol Pete!

  I am extremely pleased with my experience with Groundworks and the crew that completed the foundation work on my 1955 home. This was a significant project involving the stabilization and lifting of my home’s foundation. The work required excavation around the house, concrete removal, installation of steel push piers, and working carefully around existing utilities and the challenges that come with a home that is over 70 years old. The crew handled the job professionally and worked diligently throughout the process. The workers were hardworking, respectful, professional, and knowledgeable. They were working in some very challenging areas with limited access, deep excavations, existing concrete, utilities, and a gas line that ultimately prevented work from being completed along one side of the house. I appreciated seeing the care they took with the property and the attention they gave to the work. I also appreciated Groundworks’ handling of the change in scope. Because they were unable to install the planned piers on the south side due to the gas line, they removed that work from the contract and reduced my price by $7,600. I considered that a fair and appropriate adjustment because I wasn’t charged for work that could not be performed. The project also included an engineered foundation plan, which gave me additional confidence that the work was being performed according to a specific structural plan rather than simply addressing problems as they appeared. Foundation work is not a small undertaking, especially on a 1955 home, and I am very grateful to have had a crew that took the job seriously. Watching the process has given me a much greater appreciation for the skill and physical work involved in stabilizing an older home. From the initial work through the installation process, I have been impressed with the professionalism of the crew and Groundworks’ willingness to make appropriate adjustments when circumstances changed. My house is getting a facelift from the ground up, and I feel good knowing that its foundation is being strengthened for the years ahead. I would definitely recommend Groundworks based on my experience with this project.   Initially I had no idea this was a solution to my problem of water from my neighbors downspouts carving out dirt under my cement stairs that caused damage. I was unaware this was happening until I saw water coming out at the opposite side of the stairs meeting the corner of my house. I didn’t know what to do. I called company after company, I researched YouTube videos and happened upon this foam process. After looking for a company that did this, I found Groundworks and was grateful that the Rio Rancho branch serviced my area in Alamogordo. Consider this company, look them up, they have great reviews and was one of the reasons I chose them. Chris A and Michael C completed the work seamlessly and answered all my questions, kept me informed throughout the process, cleaned up their work area, were very professional, and had me inspect their work upon completion. I had an additional question that needed to be answered by someone higher and was put in touch with someone immediately. One of the other reasons I went with this company is because their work is guaranteed and has a warranty which put my mind at ease. Thank you.
