The time frame to order them and have them installed was fairly quick. The crew that came out was extremely professional and had all my 12 windows taken down, installed, all cocking done, any small mess cleaned, and made sure to wash every window throughly within 7 hours. Once they finished they took the time to give me all the stickers off each window to call El Paso electric to get a rebate, explain the lifetime warranty, and how to call for the inspection.
