Initial interaction was good. They were a subcontractor for our bathroom remodel. Rick came out, helped design our project, measured, and left us with instructions that the tile and drywall needed to be completed before the glass, and to call when those trades were finished. In the meantime we went to the shop and selected glass (satin) and hardware (brushed nickle). After tile and drywall were ready, we called Art Glass to continue with the project. A different installer (Manny) came out and re-measured, and promised to get back to us. Instead, they ghosted us for a number of weeks, delaying the entire project. When we finally got ahold of them, they declined to install the glass we had selected, stating they "didn't have enough manpower". I found out later that Rick had left, so the person who helped us design the project couldn't implement it. I also found out from several contractors in the area that Art Glass has a reputation for causing this sort of problem (promised work, but later ghosting with no delivery or installation). I cannot recommend. Art Glass delayed our project and caused a lot of unnecessary headache.

These folks are absolutely FANTASTIC. They cut several windows for my 1930 Model A and zero problems.

Excellent service and their customer service and workmanship is GREAT. Nicest place we have done business with in 10 years. They even have protection on door handles so you do not burn your hands when you open the hot handle to open the door. Love their cats and dog. The place is really good, try it.

Professional, fast, good quality, fair prices. Drove up to have a side view mirror replaced and was seen, paid and installed with no wait.

I have used Art Glass to replace glass in home windows, I have purchased side springs to repair windows and just recently, repaired our sliding glass door that has been a pain in the bahootie for at least, the last 10 years. Each time I have gone into this business, I have been met with kindness and professionalism. I have always received the most accurate advice and instructions and competitive pricing. One of the few long lasting (1956) locally owned businesses, still here to serve our window, door and glass/plexiglass needs. Don't underestimate your ability to fix things yourself with the help of welcoming professionals. If it is just a little too much work, these fine folks also do window and glass door installation. Have a blessed day.
